Hopeless customer service only left me angry and going to another pharmacy. If you need some over the counter medication or assistance I recommend visiting any other pharmacy.

Dr sanders is very unempathetic, basically laughed at me when I explained my situation, tried to get me out of her office as quickly as possible, would not prescribe any antibiotics nor give advice to treat symptoms of an issue I have. I have now returned twice to the clinic to receive medical attention and must return AGAIN before she will give me antibiotics. Ridiculous

This place is a joke need more doctors and staff nobody can get an appointment after 4 o'clock so if you work a normal job you can not get basic care.

I attended this Health centre in the last few days and was very pleased with the service I received. I like the fact that you register your arrival yourself, you aren't required to wait to speak to the receptionists, once you register arrival you just take a seat. The Doctor was very helpful and was able to quickly give me advice and recommend treatment.

I have been seeing this clinic number of years i dont have any problems and my Dr & front desk I am quit happy. But I was expecting to see when opening the new neddle in front of me?

I have been going to this medical clinic to see Doc Naidu for few years. One thing I don't like is when receptionist pick up the phone normally patient will be asked to wait which is totally fine for me, but you need to let the patient to finish what they have to say before hang up! It's just rude and unprofessional if you just hang up, doesn't matter how busy you are.

I don’t normally write reviews but am absolutely appalled at the rudeness displayed by JACINTA on reception over the phone to my husband this evening. He was spoken to with extreme rudeness and sarcasm instead of being helpful resulting in him feeling worse. LEARN SOME PEOPLE SKILLS JACINTA or get a job elsewhere where you don’t have to engage with the public cause you’re obviously not built for it.

Reception staff are very kind, understanding and helpful. Called up for a last minute appointment and was in and out within 10 minutes. Doctor was very helpful. Overall, great first experience.

Very lucky to meet you very smart and high EQ doctor and interesting I will transfer this positive energy to the people need that thank you again

I have been to Brunswick Betta Health on two occasions. I found all the staff to be nice, and hard working due to taking walks ins as well and scheduled appointments. I had a great appointment with Dr Sanders who proved to be of a caring nature and offered a wealth of expertise and knowledge. I would definitely ask to see her again next visit.

Have been trying to get a medical review form filled out and i am being sent from one doctor to another like some else has said they are just after money but i see it more as a lack of duty of care

My wife had an emergency situation and was refused because they take appointments only in the evening. There was no one in the clinic at the time. The receptionist didn’t give a damn about it.

Try not to see Dr Michael Wilmott, he belittled and patronised me unnecessarily, I can’t even imagine how people with limited medical knowledge would fare with a doctor like this. The other doctors are fine but the service generally is you-get-what-you-pay-for.

Rude reception staff, no apology for long waits, and failed to fax through my referral to the Women's Hospital when they couldn't provide my desired birth control option. Shan't be returning.

Doctor failed to diagnose an obviously ruptured eardrum which ultimately caused unnecessary pain and discomfort until we were able to get to the ear and eye hospital, where the triage nurse took one look and did a better job than the doc did during the entire consult. We have had much better treatment at Brunswick Medical Group since (they also bulk bill. Don't waste your time here).

Have been attending this clinic for a long time and my experience has been good. I always make an appointment, only once I didn't as had an asthma attack and was seen immediately by Dr Khoosal. I have had a range of health issues over the years. I have seen Dr Naidu for women's health issues and she like Dr. Khoosal is kind, caring and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend both Dr Khoosal and Dr Naidu who will listen, hear and do their very best to address your concerns.

I've have a great experience here alongside good doctors. Guess I'm lucky but it seems like the staff have lots of stuff to do. But no different from any other bulk bill place i think

The doctor recommended I go spend the day in emergency at Royal Melbourne for a cut finger. That seemed weird so I got a second and third opinion and the other doctor and nurse were dumbfounded by the recommendation. I think some practitioners are good, but in this profession they all have to be good. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Great doctors here. Seen a few different ones and they’ve all been really good. The appointment is usually late, but then again I don’t think I’ve ever been to a doctors that was ready at the appointment time anyway.can’t go past bulk billing.

Been there twice, and twice had disinterested doctors with poor bedside manner. Very disappointing, will not be back.
