Nice stay again. 2nd year in a row. Central to all areas of Launceston. Good facilities and quite roons.

Food was good, but pricey though. We are locals and used our entertainment book voucher which made for an affordable night out. Service was great

I have stayed in this hotel I have attended seminars and conferences and I have had family work here in years past. I have found them to be excellent in all aspects of service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone requiring any of the facilities or expertise they offer

Really disappointing. Reception was frosty, two of us checking in and received one key, had to ask for an additional one. Parking charged at $6.00 day, water in the room $6.50 and $15.00 for access to the gym. Room was ordinary, carpet was psychedelic, bed was hard, water pressure and temperature in the shower was that bad that I was scolded one minute frozen the next. Only good thing was the location. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was spacious and very comfy bed. Friendly staff and room service was delicious and quick. Only down side we felt the buffet breakfast is overpriced at $28 pp but otherwise loved it and great location.

Attended a dinner function here in one of the private rooms. Was excellent.food and service were both great. The hotel is showing its age now though.

The service at reception was not the greatest. The room was adequate and functional but nothing special.

Nice big rooms but could probably use an update. There is no air conditioning built in so they have a portable one in the rooms which is loud. The tv made some weird noise when on low volume. Beds were comfortable and the happy hour in the bar is great value.
