Fastway Couriers (Adelaide)

Completely useless. Terrible communication and no idea what their drivers are doing. If you want your parcel 3 weeks later because you went and picked it up yourself, then definitely use Fastway.

One star, only because no stars or negative stars are not available options. Wow! They apparently "attempted" to deliver my parcel. Now I must go to the depot.nup! The transaction is for my parcel to be delivered, not for me to pick it up. Otherwise for what reason in of the known iniverse would I want a courier. Pathetic.

Such a sincere apologiy in response to my issue, along with "please contact us if there's anything we can do". Here's a wild idea. DELIVER THE PARCEL!

Parcels delivered on time from Brisbane to Adelaide. No issues whatsoever.
Don't understand all the negative reviews about this business something sounds fishy to me.
It's hard work and they did a good job.

Was concerned when I found that only rated 1.5 stars but extremely happy with the service. They left a card when I wasn't home to receive delivery. Left the address of the local deli where I could collect the goods after work. Just minutes away from home. Will be using them again.

Rebooked delivery twice.still havnt got my item after 3 weeks.gave up and went and collected the parcel myself.this is the 3rd time I have had to go out of my way to collect a parcel from Fastway. What is the point of rebooking a delivery day if it just gets ignored.

What a joke said should be no more than 3 days from melbourne to adelaide so far 13 days and counting 9 days sitting in adelaide and still dont have. Rang 3 times was told on board for delivery twice.now been waiting for next available cycle so far taken 1 day off work I have given up waiting. I have purchased item local maybe one day I will receive the item wish I could give no stars because they don't deserve a star.
