This is a zero star service as they do not offer any service, no company should ever use this courier. They do not leave calling cards and then when I have to do all the work to follow up they state that they did leave a card completely ignoring the fact that i have stated there was no card. They sent the parcel back to the sender and now I am out of pocket because they cannot do the simplest thing of leaving a card in the letter box. This is the second time in two months I have had to deal with them and both times have been atrocious. Zero service, zero customer service and no desire to do any better. No accountability at all.

The first delivery wasn't successful cause I wasn't at home. Then I requested a second delivery. Guess what! I received it almost a month later. I almost forgot I have a parcel. The online customer service is useless.

Pretty much like all of the other review on here, avoid them if you can.

I got notification that my parcel was on board for delivery which didn't happen on the day, oh well, next day came and by 3pm it still wasn't delivered. I contacted them by WhatsApp, which appears to be the only way to contact them, to be advised that it should be delivered by 5pm. At 4: 15 I contacted them again via WhatsApp and asked them to contact the driver to confirm only to be advised that it wouldn't be delivered today as the courier isn't in the area today, even though I am based in the CBD. It's hard to comprehend that a national courier company didn't have any deliveries in the CBD for two days and they couldn't even advise why it had gone out with a courier and marked as on board for delivery if the courier wasn't going to be in the area for the next 2 days.

Im glad they changed names from fastway, as now they are the slow way. In the last month I've had 2 items disappear and be considered stolen before being delivered. Items are taking alot longer and wouldn't recommend them if there was anyone else to use.

Ordered item from NSW on Dec 24th, to come to Adelaide SA.check online tracking, and i see ️ there is a problem. I try to find a number to call them, but its just a recorded message, then the phone call ends! I want to speak to someone, but it seems they dont have staff? This item was for NYE, and very important, and now doesnt look like i will receive it.
I am furious to say the least!

I want to use fastway redelivery service but It doen’t work on the website although I press ‘next’ buttoon 10000000000000 times. Please let me know how to get redelivery service and your company should notice delivery to customers before you guys deliver products.

I run a small business and have all my stuff delivered through Fastway. Never had any issues going on 5+ years now. Always prompt delivery interstate with friendly easy going delivery people. Great service, thanks guys.

I have never once had a good experience with these clowns. They are supposed to be open today till 5pm. It's not a public holiday. I just drove all the way to Beverly got there at 430pm and there closed. Everytime I've organised a redelivery I've been home but still ended up with another card in mailbox. Cant believe you cant rate them less than one star. They dont deserve the one star I just gave them. My rating is a zero star.

If only zero stars were possible! Online retailers please take note of these reviews, I will never use this courier company again. Their customer service, responsiveness and accessibility are non existent. Definitely the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with. Nothing but excuses.

My parcel was delivered one day later than expected due to them being very busy. Not the end of the world for me, but hopefully they can improve and live up to their name once again.

DO NOT USE! Poor service, late delivery, rude customer service, No solution to any problem, 14 days and still no parcel. Customer service told me to stop wasting her time as she has other calls waiting. Would not pass my complaint to higher management. No contact numbers for complaints. Cheap, nasty service. Stay clear.

They just lie- there wasn't anybody at your place, go to depot and pick it up! Surely you can't hear knocking and doorbell or find any note left. Even if you wait for your parcel delivery all day long at home. It just happens. That's the way they work. Just simply get used to it, which is good for mental health.

Seems to be the only delivery company that doesn’t know how to leave a slip at your door, call or email. Just no contact at all. Has happened several times.

My parcel have been sitting in the Adelaide warehouse for 2 weeks now and still no delivery even if the tracking keeps telling me that it will be delivered in the next 24 hours. Hopeless service.

SUPER rude staff in call centre, no re delivery option offered, web site stated parcel was at Adelaide depot but isn’t. Call card left on screen door advertising that no one is home instead of in perfectly accessible functioning letter box. Absolute rubbish. Looking at other reviews seems this is their standard of practise.

ADELAIDE. Would give a zero star if l could. So many bad reviews. Absolutely un-helpful woman l spoke to and had every excuse possible and rude, obviously un-educated & no concept of what it takes to run a business. Running a business we need our product. Will be letting our supplier know of the poor service along with super slow freight and her extreme un-helpfulness.

I pray to god that nothing I buy from eBay in future utilises this courier service. The centre is in the middle of nowhere and the re-delivery service is straight up fraud with confirmation emails promising re-delivery on a scheduled date only for absolutely nothing to turn up.

Please liquidate your business ASAP.

Waiting over a week for a package to be picked up with consignment already paid for and customer waiting on the other end for purchased order. Staff are just as unhelpful shifting the blame to the drivers and the drivers back on the booking system with no one willing to take responsibility. If you're offering services and people are paying money you should deliver, literally.

If i could rate zero i would. Useless, no one cares; have no idea where your goods are, cant tell you when they will be redelivered. Steer clear worst company i have ever dealt with

Worst courier service that I have yet experienced. Our package was sitting in their depot for 8 days with no sign of moving until I called after looking at their tracking site and then I ended up collecting it from their depot 3 days later as it still had not moved. They used to be good but all the good drivers seemed to have left
