Packaged marked as delivered today, but no one ever came to the door. We can't find the package anywhere. Have checked letterbox, behind and under cars, behind bins. IT's NOT HERE!
Tried calling Aramex Adelaide and got a 5min prerecorded message basically telling me to go log an enquiry online so they don't have to speak to me. This messaged looped and played a second time before the phone finally started to ring. Waited on the phone for 30min with no answer.

Not sure why it takes 2 weeks to deliver from depot. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a courier service when its slower than Australia Post.

Lousy. I live 20 km from the city centre, but they won't deliver. When I asked (txt) where the depot was to pick up, they didn't answer. Eventually I had to drive 30 km each way to get the parcel.

Their delivery service is absolutely appalling. I got a notification on the Thursday night at 11: 30pm saying it was delivered on the Friday (clearly a technical issue). But if it wasn’t for that email I wouldn’t have got any notification the parcel had been delivered.

They dropped my parcel over the fence to a section in the yard where I cannot access. Thankfully it wasn’t broken.

I contacted their customer service department when my parcel hadn’t showed up on the Friday and she said it would take 48 hours for a reply. Nearly a week later and I get told where they left the parcel.

Hands down the worst courier in Australia, time after time dealing with this company i always get the run around, extremely slow, poor service, for the life of me i cannot understand why retailers continue to use Fastway?

Poorest among the poorest service that I had with a courier rediculous customer service and not very helpful at all. If only I could advice suppliers not to do business with them as it has been very stressfull and absolute nightmare. About a week ago I asked for a redelivery and still It hasn't been redelivered up to this date. I missed the first delivery because the courier guy did not even bother to effort to give a best customer service I was at home whole day I did not even go to work that day because I was expecting a delivery but still I got a calling card missed delivery.

Absolutely The most unprofessional Courier Company I have ever seen, tried Contacting over 4 weeks no reply, Definitely going to use Different Company for my business, Total waist of time.

Awful costumers service. They left a card and for 2 days I couldn't see where my parcel was and they haven'teven botheredansweringto my emails, once it showed i couldn't ask for a re delivery and I have to drive 30 minutes to go get it. Unbelievable.

My package arrived the next day, the tracking on their website made it easy to track where my package was and the delivery driver was very friendly, I was very happy with Aramex.

Unbelievably poor service. Couldn't find address and thought company name was a suburb. Appalling customer support. Six days later and still not delivered. Customer service for Aramex is non-existant and the chat service is perfectly useless.

Avoid at any cost! After having a few deliveries with them, all were stressful, I always ask sellers about a courier service they use and don't order if it's Arame/Fastway. Unfortunately there is nothing lower than 1 star, they don't deserve even this.
Last drop was the delivery where as previous ones there were no status updates within more then a week and then sudden message that a parcel was delivered. When I checked the letter box, it was empty. I contacted them and they confirmed delivery pointing that I didn't carefully check. When asked to confirm the delivery to the correct address, they said the GPS pin shows correct address. Asked them to prove it, then they said they contacted a driver who delivered the parcel to the wrong address. They blame their customers first rather than to properly check! Don't properly update the tracking status, which makes easy to miss the delivery, which is difficult to get as they have one depot in remote location working from 8 to 5, all that affected previous delivery which took 3 weeks to be delivered from Port Adelaide to Adelaide! It took 2 weeks for my parcel to be delivered to Europe in July this year!

If I was living in a third world county I still would find this courier company as being anywhere near an acceptable standard. They have had my parcel for four days and have not bothered to even scan it into their system. Amazon tracking shows it was handed to this company four days ago, but, fastway or whatever say they don't have it and couldn't care about finding out where it is? This is not the first time for me that this excuse for a courier has messed up my delivery, but it will be the last as I refuse now to buy anything from a company/retailer who uses Aramex/fastway!

Missed a parcel because of lockdown, the nearest collection point is 30 min drive! What an absolute joke of a company.

Worse, delivery service i have ever seen. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR YOUR BUSINESS. I called few times no one answered. Emailed - nada and Person behind the chat is either a robot or someone just wanna get rid of me; said they would update tracking info, but still havent done it.this is my review, Consumer affair next

Would give zero stars if I could.
Terrible service, was notified by email my package was to be delivered on the same day and nothing arrived. Tried to contact Aramex in regards to location of package, rang three times only for it to time out after 15-20 minutes, used the online chat and waited an extended period before this was responded to also. Now have finally been advised that delivery will be completed in the next 2 days!
I have sympathy with companies that have signed a contract with this company for their delivery service as most customers who have experienced Aramex's service will think twice about purchasing from them if they use Aramex, I'm sure I will!

Very unhappy with this company! Waiting on two new kids beds from Victoria. We received only half the order which was delivered last friday and they missed three HUGE parcels so we cannot put the beds together. We found this out only after we had dissembled the cots, so at the moment our kids are sleeping on the floor

Ordered a package from ebay the seller used this company. Package picked up on the 22/7 still somewhere in Melbourne. Lodged a enquiry on the 4/8 and just got a response on the 16/8 stating they are investigating it. Talk about poor service all around. Highly recommend no one using this service for anything.

My parcel was badly damaged because the driver crammed it through my mail slot instead of leaving it on my doorstep or at a pick up location. When I made a complaint I was told they would not accept responsibility for the incident as it wasn't reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Time taken to deliver one parcel from Melbourne to Adelaide is woeful. 13 days to date and still no parcel. According to the tracking number the parcel is still in Melbourne.
No wonder the previous name of fastways has been changed. Absolutely piss poor service.
