No tracking updates for 5 days and no way to talk to a human for help. It's absolutely baffling why any company would choose to use them.

EDIT: OK, as requested below, I contacted customer support with the link provided, even though it still isn't the voice contact required to convey the nuance of the situation. I got a predictably useless response: the parcel isn't yet scanned into your system so can't help yet. Well, WHY NOT!? It's been sitting in Melbourne for 5 days waiting, and clearly it's Aramex that is holding things up because the tracking link takes me to your website. You guys have taken over 5 days to scan the item then? Well at least that way it's "not in your system" so you can fob off your customers.

Worst courier service ever. I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 days. On tracking my parcel, it tells me that secured unit/recipient not home/ no one home. When actually no courier staff attempted the delivery. We are three family members at home all the time. I have been calling my area distributor Jai and the depot, its actually the same number and no one answers.

I decided to visit the distribution depot with my hubby. We left for the depot at 11: 55 and reached there at 12: 10. I requested my parcel and staff went inside to collect it. I showed the tracking history to staff, which showed that there was another failed attempt at 11: 48 today. The staff was just trying to avoid the conversation telling me that he can’t say anything about the courier service/staff. Then finally he told mw that it was him who updated the tracking status as he was trying to solve the issue? Can’t believe that staff is just sitting in the office and playing with people’s time, money and needs.this is absurd. Upon asking further information staff just avoided the conversation.
I have updated the company I shopped with, advising them not to use Aramex at least for Adelaide.

It’s not the first time that saying “unable to deliver”. I’ve been at home ALL DAY and no one rings the door bell so what does it mean unable to deliver? Not acceptable at all as you guys not even attempted to deliver to my place! And the last time my parcel was straightly sent back to the sender which I purchased pet stuffs on EOFY discount. I missed the biggest discount in a year. I don’t get it why there’re still companies work with this courier. If I could give 0 star I would definitely go with ZERO, or even MINUS.

I was concerned at first after reading the reviews. Emailed for an ETA and received an update that day. Goods received a day later.
Extremely happy with the service!

I honestly have no words, worst customer service iv ever experienced in my life. They were so unhelpful and left me feeling so frustrated, gave no options even though I gave them plenty and refused to help me or repeated themselves multiple time. I hope to never have to experience them again.

Very slow service. Impossible to call anyone in Australia, can only chat or email with our responses. Choose a different courier company

The worst courier experience I had. Bad tracking system, it just never update and I tried to call them and they just never pick up the phone.

They arnt nothing but a joke would not recommend kept stuffing me around and lost my package not to mention they couldnt get in gate on ocation so just thought it would be good to chuck it over the fence with no care wot so ever so now iam out of pocket

Left a calling card without knocking on the door. Not opened on weekends. Unprofessional and shoddy.

Update: requested re-delivery but it's being delivered on a different day. Apparently a courier company can't manage to deliver on a specific date. You would think it would be like, I don't know, their core business?

Aramex are just are horrible everything i get ordered from them it either gets lost or takes weeks and i message them and all they say is the depot is looking in to it and that's it I get no further information about where it is and why it is weeks late aramex are so bad and need to step it up they also have terrible customer service i call there number to speak to them and I just get put on hold for 30 minutes and then the line rings out.

There should be case studies run on this company as to how not to run a business. They simply fail at every level to be functional. The fact that business still utilise them as a business partner is astounding. Someone needs to create a site that lists companies that use them, so that we can avoid them.

Ive had two packages arrive this year that were delivered by Aramex and both times my packages arrived the next day and both times the drivers were very polite, and the Aramex website is easy to navigate to find out where my package is

Avoid at all costs. Have received at least 5 parcels to the same address (apartment unit in CBD). Despite multiple emails, texts I’ve sent instructing them on how to deliver - they seem to give the same excuse every single time “unable to gain access to property”. It’s quite clear there is zero coordination or care from the team at the top down to the bottom. This has happened consistently for over a year. Very frustrating as they seem to be the choice parcel delivery service for eBay vendors.

Do not recommend sending anything via this company. Poor customer service and poor attention and care taken to deliver items. There is no postal service I would recommend less, as is confirmed by the many negative comments on their websites. Very disappointing

Edit: It would be great if some day you could actually deliver my parcel rather than just ignore peoples complaints!

Well to aramex sorry will to solve the problem. Action speak louder than words. I don't think there are a lot out there that they aren't happy with your company. I have not read any positive feedback for your company service. I don't think I need to mention any of my unsatisfied services from your company. If anyone think fastway was a good service company, let me let u know that they are not. Because of the bad feed and run out of business so they changed the company name aramex which all the service and staffs are same as fastway. The only think I can hope is aramex will run out of business again same as fastway. Then I will love to see what company name they are going to change it to. And again we will see the same negative reviews on this site.
Before I buy anything online in Australia, I always ask the seller what courier they use. If the seller say fastway or aramex, I will ask the seller to use other courier company. If the seller doesn't want to use other courier company than I will tell the seller right the way that I'm not going to buy it from them because of the courier company has a REALLY BAD service.

Very poor service, zero communication,
Lying staff members and delivery drivers.
Zero moral or responsibilities.
Companies hiring these shady and unreliable service providers should be blamed.

Great service. It took only 3 business days to deliver my parcel from Melbourne to Adelaide while Australia Post required 10 business days for the same locations during the same time. I will ask every seller to use Aramex from now on.

My package never arrived and I have video footage to prove that no one showed up on the day. Aramex still will not answer their phones or reply to any messages Worst company I have ever dealt with

Aramex is one of the worst, if not THE WORST courier I have ever had to deal with.

Their tracking system is unable to provide an ETA (which is important to make sure someone is home on the day in order to receive a bulky parcel) and this morning - all before 6AM - I suddenly receive 'Out for Delivery' and 'Sorry we missed you' emails.

What kind of world does Aramex live in, where they think a customer will be up and ready to accept a delivery at 6AM - with no indication that the package was even on it's way. I'm sorry but I can't read emails in my sleep.

What is worse, is that their Chat service is terrible. Support agents close tickets on you before you even get a chance to explain what type of help you need. They don't answer their phones either, just calls out.

What a headache. My suggestion is that if you see a vendor using Aramex/Fastway as a courier, avoid them. Aramex is a poor excuse for a courier company and they need to desperately go back to the drawing board - unless they enjoy making their customer's lives stressful.
