"No place to leave parcel safely" was the reason for not delivering my parcel.
How about the parcel dropbox by the front door?
The yellow label on it stating "Parcel box - please place parcels here" was the clue!
I replied to their text requesting delivery- no response
I emailed requesting delivery, with explanations of where it COULD be left safely - no response
I phoned, automated response directed to the website, hung on for 10mins while it rang out unanswered.
I eventually had to drive 40 mins to their Port Adelaide depot to collect it.
Really not impressed.

I received a message that my parcel was undeliverable and that there was a card left with direction on what to do, but there was no card. We i checked the tracker they said to contact the depot which i have through Phone, Email, Enquiries and Facebook. On the phone i was on hold then it just hung up after trying a third number as none of them even give you an option to talk to someone. Through Facebook, Email & enquires i got an initial response but then received nothing. I was told that my area is unserviceable and i would have to pay a fee to be redelivered which i don't want to do as i was never notified that that would be an issue before purchasing & when asking if it can be sent to another location i had no answer. I then found on their website a spot to re-direct redelivery but i need the card number which i never received. I now believe that they never even attempted delivery at all. I have asked if i can pick it up but it is in Port Adelaide which is about and an hour and a half from my home in the hills and can only pick it up 8-5 on weekday but i cant do that as i work those times in the city. I wish i had seen the reviews on this courier before purchasing because i would have never ordered it. It the most appalling service I've ever had. If you can avoid them at all costs.

I would like to give 0 star if can. 3 times my item is not arrived and their excuse is adress not clear even i already contact them give them many2 time my valid adress.they can't send my parcel even i already told them my adress is a apartment in the city.worse delivery parcel ever i loose money because of this company

TERRIBLE SERVICE If I could give them 0 stars I would. I wasn't at home the first time they "attempted" to deliver my item. It then took 3 days for any contact about the where abouts of my parcel and I had to get re-sent.
They ignored my redirection requests and took the parcel back to the depot. Communication is piss poor. Unable to speak to anyone. Online chat may as well be a Bot as you get better response from a computer than the person on the other end. TERRIBLE SERVICE - I avoid purchasing from companies that use this courier service as their service is absolutely abysmal

No phone number or email in total you can't contact ANYONE. To top it off when my parcel was finally delivered the driver didn't care where he walked & went straight over my fresh garden. If I could have given them a lower score & im not the only one Complaining.

They couldn't deliver my parcel as I was not home. While I had the option to have another delivery I went to pick it up the same day. Fantastic service late on a Friday afternoon by someone who was cheerfully full of banter. Very happy with the service.

Tried to get a redirection, gave 7 days notice for this, the parcel was still interstate having just only been dispatched when I notified.
I am so dissapointed that it couldn't be arranged. Received multiple emails during these 7 days with updates to progress. It was onboard with carrier for several days, surely this should have been noticed?

Whenever I order something online and I realise my item has been sent through this courier I absolutely dread it. It’s so bad that I wish the company didn’t exist. Doesn’t matter how many times they choose to rebrand themselves I still continue to have had awful experiences. I understand there’s probably a lot of parcels to deliver for each driver but the company does not consider the customers availability in the slightest and when doing deliveries they do not try hard enough to make sure the package is received by the customer. This isn’t the drivers fault, it’s a flaw in the business management. There’s been a few times where I’ve been home only to see “Card left” on my tracking when I was literally waiting the whole time. And when they eventually give up and make the customer collect it, they do not give the customer the option where to collect it from and do not consider the distance the customer has to travel to get to the collection point. Not everyone has the time for this either, that’s the whole point of ordering things online. Seriously need to make massive changes to the way their system operates if they want happy customers.

Absolute worst delivery service in Australia. Waited 3 weeks for a parcel to arrive and could not get an update from Aramex. Had sender follow it up only to be told it had been delivered and signed for the following day, this was false. Then when the delivery was challenged, they claimed I had redirected the parcel 'return to sender', which I did not. When challenged again they claimed it was the senders fault for duplicating the address label and to arrange delivery with them.
So it took 3 weeks for them to realise the sender and receiver address was the same (assuming this is what they meant) ? Where was my parcel in the meantime? Shocking generic responses to emails, don't answer phone and unprofessional doesn't even cut it.
Check reviews before you make the mistake of using this company.
They have clearly made up excuses along the way which is very deceitful and dodgy.
Should be able to give minus stars!

Delivered my parcel apparently and left it right in front of the front door. I did not receive it. All other deliveries I have had through Australia post I have received and its been a lot. Not happy with the service of this courier.

I Agree Aboustlety discusting service I advise everyone to not use these Company, they do not even make the effort to deliver your product, steer clear of this courier service

This place really seems to get a raw deal. Every business can't be perfect, though I appreciate if you've had a bad experience it can't be good either. Given the poor reviews I was expecting the worst! But I collected an item last week without a problem. The guy that helped me was friendly, polite and courteous. I'm back there in Friday and will repost my experience then.

Adding context to my review as requested. Attempted to contact Aramex via the live chat on the website 5 days after the expected delivery date as the tracking system was just rescanning my package every few days as being in the Sydney depot being processed. Chat constantly timed out before being connected to an agent. Wasted hours trying that before emailing my query instead. Admittedly the email team were helpful as they confirmed the next day that despite the tracking systems insistence my package was in Adelaide and would be delivered "in a few days". Cool, I'm happy to be flexible in these times, and I did get a response after following up for clarification on when to expect a package that required a signature the next day that it was actually now out for delivery. The package was left at my front door that morning however no attempt was made to notify me despite being at home that they'd left the package. Changed to 2 stars on reflection, but still pretty disappointed with the whole thing.

As most people on here have mentioned, stay as far away from this courier company as possible! I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect by a “customer service” agent (for lack of a better term), the company pushed blame on the situation to everyone but themselves. Said my address was wrong so the lovely customer service agent on chat (they were absolutely horrible) ensured me my details were updated, I then checked the tracking to see that they had “attempted delivery” again. When I reached out I was left with the same rude person I spoke with on the Friday who said Redelivery was never attempted & I was using the wrong website, I used the link they provided which said the same thing “attempted redelivery” so that persons lied again & dropped the chat on me. When I reached out again a new customer service rep then told me my details hadn’t been updated at all & that they’ll process my delivery ASAP & ive just received an email stating they’ve returned to sender. Retailers, shoppers, be super aware, the reviews aren’t lying (even though the company will probably try to blame every persons issue on them & not take accountability). I wish I could give no star because even 1 is being waaay too generous!

ARAMEX - AN ABYSMAL COURIER SERVICE
I ordered two items from The Nile a week ago. I received a message from Aramex today to say that the items couldn't be delivered because all or part of my address was missing. I was advised to contact them with my address within 7 days to avoid having the items returned to the sender, which is The Nile. (As I have an account with The Nile who know my address and would have addressed my parcel correctly, I find this scenario unlikely.) I was unable to contact Aramex by phone, as the recorded message is continuous and does not enable a conversation. When I checked the Aramex website to search for my parcel by its tracking number, I discovered from the information provided there that it has already been returned to the Nile! Today's message was obviously an afterthought. WHAT AN ABYSMAL SERVICE!

Three times now the driver in Elizabeth South, SA has refused to deliver a parcel to the local post office, where I pick up parcels because my home isn't safe. A woman from the Melbourne office said "we aren't Australia Post. " I think they must employ imbeciles

I had a parcel picked up to be delivered to me it was picked up on the 7th June and arrived on the 22nd June Cobb and co stage coach would have made the trip from NSW to SA in better time

Woefully inadequate tracking, expected delivery dates come and go with no tracking updates, common alternative names such as "farce way" and " slow way" certainly haven't had reason to change since being taken over by aramex.
Updated to 3 stars, whilst for over a week the online tracking still hadn't updated since the initial entry, it appears that the item had indeed made its way to the Adelaide distribution centre, after a few hrs of back and forth online enquiries, I was able to pick the item up from there, not the best solution, but I dreaded how much longer I might have had to wait for actual delivery.
Warehouse guy was efficient, helpful and pleasant. If all their employees were like him maybe their overall service would be better.
