107A great place to give some TLC to rescue animals. A lot of cats there and a handful of dogs. Check the website for what they have there before you go:)
We adopted our beautiful girl bullie from here, staff were so helpful- totally recommend getting your new furbaby from AWL
These guys and girls really care about animals. I got my second furbaby from there a few weeks ago, honestly couldn't be happier with the service any my baby.
Northern depot of awl is very well designed dogs are looked after very well in larger pens & have great walking & exercise yards! Go have a look & take home a forever friend maybe!
I got my cat jasper from here and he is the best, he interacts with the guinea pig he is very loving and would not hurt a fly
Don’t listen to the stigma about adopting pets from shelters. They are all fantastic animals just in need of a second chance and AWL facilitates that. I have adopted all my pets from shelters, 3 of them from AWL and I couldn’t be happier. Fantastic work AWL! Keep up the great work.
I have adopted 2 of my pets here and they were amazing! Great job AWL! Instead of buying new ones, why not try to adopt?
We bought this scared little boy yestarday and today is a new dog in a new home always wagging his tail and coming up for cuddles
They were very kind and helpful at the cremation as they let me say good bye as I didn't get to as I was doing all the arrangement for my daughter dog. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you from Renee van iersel
Staff did not give any information about an animal I picked up, including whether any vet checks has been performed.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Great to see animals had lots of toys, good bedding, fresh clean water.
Big spaces to take animals for "get to know you" sessions. And a fenced off lawn area.
There is a great range of animals there and all are well cared for. It is a great place to adopt any kind of animal.
My favourite shelter to visit as the animals actually have some space to live and play in, including the cats. Staff always super friendly and the animals are well looked after. The adoption process was super supportive and I'd recommend adopting from here.
I love the staff here! They really make the experience of meeting animals very pleasant. I've also been present when they organised the cremation of a family pet and they were wonderful.
I wouldn't go back here or buy a pet from AWL.
Staff are dishonest, not transparent or on the same page.
Was looking for a pet and got the run around by several staff telling me all different things.
I don't think they are really into finding good homes for their animals, possibly keeping them for themselves!
Definitely not buying or looking here again, what a disappointment and let down especially just before Christmas.
They care for animals. A lot, we adopted our Stux from them.last year and now had a stray walk in cat fixed, as well as one of the babies we are keeping. They are absolutely wonderful and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a pet. Also, if you have anything to donate, food, toys, catlitter, anything.they are very happy with those donations
Best people ever im on a DSP & donate $10 a mth.if you luv cats/dogs please donate & thank the staff 4 their dedication.i luv them
This organization is amazing. I attended a foster care program so knowthey are all about the welfare of the animals. I recommend supporting this place.
Wonderful people doing a great job.
We purchased this beautiful girl from the Edinburgh shelter her name was Lana.
We are working through many issues she has come with, we are making vast improvements but have a long way to go.
One wonders what her previous home was like. We have renamed her Pebbles.
