After losing our beloved cat the AWL contacted us for his cremation. This was something new to me and Sam talked me through the process. An awesome team. Highly recommended.

Super friendly and very helpful Staff, Covid Safe restrictions were a hand sanitizer station, clearly marked "clean" & "dirty" pens and clearly marked social distancing spots as well as capped room numbers.

Great! Friendly, kind and helpful. We adopted a beautiful, gentle dog. Our last one was crema t Ed by the AWL and they did it so lovingly, with so much kindness and understanding. A wonderful place.

We are very happy with our new family members, I had to give only 4 stars though because no-one had alot of information about the animals when I was their and the computer system was down so it was a little bit of a long process.

Went to see a rescue dog but was beaten by another person. Busy place looking after stray pets.

Went to adopt a cat that was on there website and they stated the animal wasn't up for adoption. Found the level of explaination a bit concerning as the animal was in good health. Hope it made it to a good home and not be put down

I had my dog euthanised saturday at 1, had to make it by 3, i did. To organise the cremation, i was asked the questions at the counter while people next me were happily adopting new animals. Compared to wingfield, i was apalled, embarrassed and felt rushed along. Wingfield asked in detail plans etc i wanted to make, in a private room, not here. When i got to my car with the 2 people to take my dog, i got asked, oh has he already passed on.really? Id organise a cremation for a live animal would i? A horrible day was made entirely worse by this experience. I dont even feel confident that it will be handled properly and if it will be private and my dogs ashes after that.

If you get Dogs from here just becareful because some of them you take home will kill your cats and other animals if you got them.plus the staff at the animal welfare are so mean to ppl and won't listen to the old owners about the dogs.

Hi my name is Liz and we adopted Mazy the cat and she is the apple of my eye. She is a great cat and has a lot of love. She gets spoilt and has the run of the house. Am so glad she is in our family.

Last year in July I adopted a dog called Kaiser he is now my Assistance dog in training, he saved my life and is a wonderful dog. People told me the risks of using a shelter dog as an assistance dog and he proved them wrong.

Great service, Dog training is very cheap and really effective. Boaring service is also really good price and big spacious enclosures

They put my dog down after my abusive husband lied and said he attracted him. They didn't even ask for proof that he was attacked
