Timezone Garden City

Wonderful place. Really wonderful staff they were really patient and when one of the games didnt work they gave us a refund. You can add as much money as you want onto the card which was a good edition. Wonderful games and a huge selection. There is a prize vault so you can take as much time as you need. 10/10

this guy needs a raise. He was so nice and kind and fun. He wasn't mean and made some good jokes. He was awesome. We had him for a party and he was caring and kept cool. He was chill and laughing, and making jokes. It was like we've met him for years when we only did for like 4 hours. Although we only seen him for 4hours, he was the best and deserves a raise or promotion. He is a good guider and makes everyone smile, and when i say everyone I mean everyone.

Really nice bowling alleys and facilities. Food was surprisingly great as well, and they serve alcohol! Nice and clean, bright lighting, everything is on point. Five stars!

Great arcade if you're a fan of Konami/Bemani rhythm games. They've got DDR (with the latest mix containing A20 Plus songs), DanceRush Stardom (haven't played it but seen plenty of folks doing fine on it) and Gitadora (no problems with it). All three of them are connected online and accept e-Amusement Passes if you have them. They also have a DrumMania machine that's hit or miss, input is not the greatest but it's playable. Prices are great, especially if you have VIP status on your card. Recommended if you live relatively close to the shopping centre.

The staff were very kind especially Jeremy Lee he was a kind and caring person he would guide the kids through each rule and understanded the kids and made them smile he should get a raise.

I purchased $50 card which gave us $75. For 2 kids
Probably 30% of our card taps the machine took money but didn’t work. I went up to tell the friendly staff, they didn’t understand what I meant and issued me a new card but the problem was with the machines taking money and not working. All games are $2 or more for a single game which is quite over priced (even the motorbike game got up to the next round after coming 3rd and expected to pay again?) We played exactly 9 x 2, games all $2 (vip price) and we had run out of money. There’s no way of knowing if money has been taken off the card unless you go check it after every go. Really wasn’t worth the money. These sort of places used to be fun. But sorry to say we won’t be back. All the staff were very friendly though and the place seemed clean and covid safe.

Went out with a few friends for a night of bowling, everything was great until we went to order drinks. They had a deal advertised which we wanted to get however seems it was put up early (only by 2 days) regardless we insisted for them to honour it as it was displayed directly at the counter without an indication of dates etc (couldnt get more in your face). I would just like to say at this point the staff were awesome, it was the one manager that insisted to argue with us for 40 minutes over the deal that dissapointed me! A marketing error is a marketing error honour it and remove it so ot doesn't cause anymore issues!
The argument was she does not have approval to put through the deal now either these guys need to give their managers more control or she was just arguing with us for the sake of it! Regardless wasted quite alot of our time and showed very poor customer service, ending with us receiving the deal requested.
Overall though we had a great time and the other staff were fantastic

Kids had such a great time. Bowling first, then games. Plenty of space and not along wait on any machine.

This place is so much fun my daughter loves all the games and me and my friend love it too the staff are always so friendly and fun and I definitely recommend trying laser tag it was so much fun.

This place is great fun. Went here with my friends and had heaps of fun. The workers were extremely nice and kind and built a nice atmosphere with laughter and joy. In terms of parking, there are many parking spots available from underground to rooftop.

This place is huge! Theres so much for the whole family to enjoy and it even has bumper cars and bowling too! The games are so much fun and you could stay there all day

There been a number of times I have made complaints to the staff and venue managers here at timezone garden city today I finally got to talk to venue manger here at garden city Timezone I'm I platinum member along with my mate we there first to get platinum at Timezone garden city yet we are there everyday and don't get me wrong some the staff are understanding but when you talk to the venue manger he was like really aggressive and very angry in there tearms and conditions says you have the right to feels safe and happy in last few mouths I have been there I have been bullied and had people stalking me I also suffer from depression and anxiety seems like they don't care about there regular customers like he was trying get into a aguement with me and my mate when we were just explaining to him and let him know what's been going on then he goes it's not our problem here a word of of advice if you have any kind of illness or your kids do don't take your kids here why because the mangers at Timezone don't seem to care even if your platinum or I spend over $500 week there all my years of being a mystery shopper this the whose customer service I seen they like to have people bullying customers where they are playing games there don't waste your time and money like I did there far better places and a lot cheaper then Timezone to go.
