They keep on top of their machines, pretty quick with responding to a problem too. Decently sized, has bowling and lazer tag. Clean everywhere, kept in pretty good condition.

Loads to choose from with heaps of variety. A tad loud and it can get expencive very quickly. Still heaps of fun.

Was an awesome place to celebrate my son’s 6th birthday! Everyone had a fantastic time! Special thanks to Zayna and Maddy!

One of the most funnest places to go to at Garden city! Timezone has something for everyone and the venue itself is quite large with an enormous amount of games, claw machines, bowling alley, bumper cars, laser tag and alcoholic beverages for the adults.

There's always deals available throughout the year so you can get double bonuses when you recharge. Saving you more money and getting more gaming fun!

The prizes are updated semi frequently with the ability to buy something with your points whether you have a small amount or a lot!

Family friendly and adult friendly, great for hosting parties and large gatherings.

Zone bowling at Garden City is awesome! My son and I bought the Mega Passes and we got so much with it! And the staff were fantastic. Each and every team member we interacted with were super helpful and friendly, special thanks to Nick at the entry counter and Courtney at laser tag. Only minus is the noice, really difficult to hear other people. But not much that can be done with that. And overall our experience was so good that 5 starts is well deserved and we'll be back for sure!

Went with the wife and daughter last week. The games are turned so far down on time limit. A game like piano keys i got 80 keys with no misses. At surfers the same game for same price i score between 180 and 210. All the timed games are very short play compared to the cavil avenue timezone. Mt gravat is a rip off. Better off going to surfers.

Great place to bond with the family, I challenge my two girls on the car racing games and the basketball game. Great value if you get the deals.

The guys had a great time, husband got a personal best, he actually had 5 strikes in the second game so was very happy nice settings and comfy seating.

Super crowded. Plenty of options for activities. Laser tag, bowling, arcade games, food, alcohol. 3hrs free parking at the shopping centre.

This place is convenient if you looking to use the arcade but I strongly advise you stay away from the bowling. In general the entire set of alleys emphasize packing in as many things that they can profit from in as little space as possible. Leaving the entire experience to be sub par at best.

Better yet at this particular time a party of an enormous size all of which were kids ended up on the lane next to us. That isn't to say I don't think kids should be banned from bowling. But it is ridiculous that they did not shut down a lane to seperate this massive party from the other customers. As kids do, not one of them kept to their side of the lane nor could I get over the constant fear of having a child run into my swing only to get bludgeoned by my ball.

This kind of thing really goes to show that the managers of the place are much more concerned with their KPI's rather than the other customers experience.

This is always one of my favourite spots to go when wanted to let loose and have fun especially for dates.

Plushies in the claw machines too heavy for the claw. Scoop for the chocolate machine would not scoop properly (on EVERY one). Willy wonka machine has been broken for a few weeks now. I only go for the arcade games now.

God awful experience for my sons birthday. Unhelpful, disrespectful staff who had not one clue about customer service.
Staff upset my son so much that he didn't want to continue with his party and ended up in tears. Adults ended up leaving early with their kids due to treatment from staff.
Will NEVER return despite the managers best efforts to convince us other wise. Have submitted a formal complaint against staff, waiting to be contacted by regional manager.
Attend if you enjoy attitude from staff, being ignored and belittled

Booked a lane on a Monday evening for 8: 30. When we got there we were told that it was pretty busy and the lane wouldn't be available till about 8: 40. Because of this they told us to sit down and wait in the cafe section and that they would bring us some complimentary hot chips for the delay, which we never got. Only free table had old drinks and crumbs on it. We asked one of the staff if they could clear the table. They said they would come back to do so but they never did. At 9: 00 after waiting for half an hour and seeing other people walk up to the counter and start bowling straight away. We decided to leave and try get a refund. They said to get the refund we had to email headquarters and wait for a response to get a refund. Thankfully they did give us 4 free game vouchers.

If you like timezone, you'd probably like it. If you don't like timezone, you probably won't.
Or if you like gambling without the risk of getting anything of any real worth, this is the place for you!

I like the awesome promotion for buy 100 get 100. Their staff were very helpful if I get problem on the games.

Had a fun afternoon here with the kids. Wasn't overly busy and didn't have to wait long/often for the kids to play the games they wanted. Most of the staff were quite friendly and polite. Lots of hand sanitiser around and you have to check in etc as part of the covid plan, was quite straight forward.

We team have had a great time there recently. The 29.9 package is so good with two round games plus some other vouchers. Even I am so bad at bowling, I will still try next time here.
