Great party, easy going. Great for parents to sit back and relax while the kids have fun. Annika is great with the kids. Highly recommend

We recently had our son's birthday party at Timezone, hosted by Georgia. The kids had a wonderful time. We highly recommend Timezone for parties. Excellent service.

Took 15 minutes to get a lane to bowl.

Management were ignorant and ignored the line of customers.

Sean at garden city bowling was extremely helpful and kind while booking our bowling experience. We will always come back

Overall not bad.but we decided to reduce the booking to one hour instead of taking two hours bowling originally. Negotiated to get a credit to play games that's worth the price of one hour bowling.

Only gave back $36 credit for 6 people. It costs $25 for each individual for bowling.so, we got ripped off around $19 for each individual.

Had my son's 7th birthday at Zone Garden City today. The Epic Party certainly was that. Epic! The kids had a blast and gave rave reviews as one of the best parties they have ever been to. It was well arranged and executed by all of the friendly staff, the food was awesome and i have to say our overall experience was fantastic from start to finish. Top notch! Couldn't recommend it any higher. Well worth it. Cheers

I went here with my girlfriend. We were on lane 10 and the lane was terrible. We would throw the ball straight and it would curve on it's own. I can usually get strikes but it felt like the lane was tilted on one side making it go in that direction. I didn't have this problem at all at the capalaba one. Very disappointed paying $70 for that.

Decent venue, decent food and drink selection. Will be back. Bit pricey, but that ensures availability.

AMAZING is an understatement! Our party fairies Georgia & Desiree were absolutely incredible, inclusive and mindful and I can’t thank them enough for their over and above commitment to making memories. 20 children and all was perfectly planned and executed. Bowling, laser tag and time zone, food isn’t an issue everyone is catered for. Highly recommend a Zone Bowling party at Garden City with these wonderful helpers.

Didn't spend too much time here but ordered food from their little restuarant which the chicken was completely black on outside, looked worse than burnt, the staff was very nice talked to the cook and then got me the manager immediately (I didn't even request for the manager, I just didn't understand why it was so black). The manager informed me this is how the food is but is actually quite nice. I just don't find it being purely black appetising at all and it doesn't look like the picture on the menu at all. However she was so nice about it and gave me a refund and apologized for the food and if the staff weren't respectful to me which the staff was actually quiet respectful. Although I didn't get the food I wanted I found the customer management and customer satisfication was achieved extremely well through being respectful and immediate action. So I would end up going here again but I may skip on the chicken burger and just go for a hot dog - if you are displeased with any service they will make sure that you are sought to right away and will compensate.

Amazing day, the kids all had a great time and the 2 party hosts we had were both so attentive and did such a fantastic job. Thank you for a great day!

Our 5 year old had the most amazing party experience here! I couldn’t recommend highly enough. He absolutely loved the laser tag, all kids enjoyed the chicken nuggets and chips. The unlimited play on all yellow and red, plus the 400 tokens to spend on toys or lollies was just perfect, the birthday boy got 1500 tokens, they really cover everything to keep the kids happy. We even got 2 hot coffees to keep mum and dad happy.

Worst service from the cafe we have ever seen waited over an hour for the foods and then try tried to give us food that had been sitting in the warmer for 30 mins

Don’t bother eating here if you plan on eating while bowling as your game will be done before your food is even ready

Calvin and Jema were such great party hosts and everything ran smoothly. I loved the order of how the party ran too! Would recommend a party there to anyone who wants a stress free party with no clean up and all the fun.

We had so much fun here on the basketball connect four game and others. Great for kids and kids at heart.

Great! All round fantastic! 10/10 recommend for under 60 yrs or you find things a sensory overload (it can be very loud and overstimulating) especially at the busier times.

It was the best game arcade I have ever been to with also bowling and it was my first time bowling but I nailed it
