Great arcade and place to spend a bit of time but pretty overpriced. One game of bowling for my partner, myself and my 5 yr old daughter was $60. We passed.

Dan a real one. Helped me when lanes bowls were stuck and times were in a a muck.
May we all have someone like dan
He truly is a good man.

Timezone is a great place to go but only because of Dan, bro got me some good deals and was super helpful.

Having a party at Timezone may seem like an unnecessary expense, but the professionalism from Georgia and their crew was absolutely phenomenal, and made it worth every cent. Very happy, albeit tired, kids and parents by the end of it. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you Georgia.

Time zone is fun and I enjoy it but the pricing for the games r a little high but overall good

Pretty disappointed with one of the technician that usually roam around and fix the arcade. Told him that the brake pedal on one of MT6RR cab brake pedal stay on when not apply and he said it should be fine and normal again after just sitting on the cab and test the gameplay. Came back a few times after that day and either he walked away from that problem or only just got noticed the problem when other have told him the same thing and never fix it. One of the busiest arcade that couldn’t afford fix that problem and pretend it was never there

Super easy way to throw a party without having to worry about everything! We had the best host who was super helpful for everything we needed.

Where do I start. This company is unprofessional and don’t care about their customers. I progressed my way up to platinum card and have had multiple vouchers however 2 vouchers didn’t work on my card due to a technical error.
I contacted 2 different stores with this problem and called the call centre. It’s been 2 months and still nothing. A bunch of thieves offering vouchers and not holding up their end of the deal. How hard is it to give your customer the vouchers they paid for?

We booked a party for my daughters 10th birthday 6 weeks in advance. I was very happy with the confirmation service provided. On the day, we arrived to double dollars Saturday (which I was unaware of) we were seen to quickly and all the staff were attentive and a pleasure to work with. Our party host Aiden was professional and friendly. Checking in and communicating each step. Great with all the kids and troubleshooting malfunctions with the bowling alley patiently. A terrific party host cannot recommend enough. A special shout out to party coordinator Georgie who was so incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. All staff went above and beyond to help out. Highly recommend.

Went to a birthday party with a bunch of special needs kids and the team at Timezone we're amazing with them. The place was noisy and busy but our kids felt so comfortable they weren't bothered at all and really enjoyed themselves.

Kids had an amazing time, special thanks to party hosts Anab and Aiden they are awesome…. Thanks guys

Nice place for some fun. Great playing options. Abd of course bowling with friends. Great food/snack options too.

Games are fun, food is good, the only problem is the customer service.i was coming in to look at the menu for next time as i am already aware that they were closing yet this lady was suuuuuper rude to me and my friend saying that the kitchen is closed so disrespectful and very disgusting attitude.like bro… dont need to be a karen… im just looking at the menu.

Such wonderful staff and manager. Nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you for providing us a space to enjoy bowling. Really appreciate you accomodating us today.

A great place to celebrate birthdays, we had a small family gathering for my daughter’s BD and had a great time.
The team were very attentive and professional. A young gentleman named Shayan helped us with the cake and serving. We will definitely go back.

Been queuing up for the line to get prize, only one guy doing it, few people lining up. Saw people just walked to the the counters where normally just do sale to redeem prize. Both of the sale counter has no customer and they both take customer to redeem the prize, When one of the sale counter done with the customer with prize, I walk over to the staff and she said the other counter do the prize not her. What a joke!

We had a really lovely party host for our sons birthday, Makeeta! Things were a little disorganised with timezone going in but Makeeta made it all worth it and provided a really cool party! Thanks Makeeta and thanks for adding extra touches to a special day?

Oh where do i start? Sean at garden city timezone was such a kind young fella that went out of his way to make sure my experience was as perfect as possible, he was super polite and well mannered, he made my experience worth it, 10/10 i’de come back.
