Amazing and friendly receptionist (a young lady) who was very pleasant on the phone and in person. Was booked in at 8: 30am to see Dr Ahmad, but had to wait a long time. When I left at 9 (without seeing the doctor) I saw the doctor just leaving her car. The receptionist was very kind and offered to reschedule me to come in at another time since I had to leave, but I don't think I would have faith in that doctor again.
