Ridiculous.
I booked an appointment nd i went there 5mins. Before my appointment time Nd wait for another an hour to see the doctor nd they write down that walk-ins are welcome.
Totally unfair

Worst Medical centre in town. Booked an appointment for baby's vaccination but receptionist did not tell no nurse available after 12: 30pm Sunday. Wasted time 2hours to and from home with baby without getting service

Good knowledge doctors and give you a right care and attitude towards your health. Right directions at right time for your health is very important.we receive all that information and direction on time from Runcorn family doctors

I came here for several times.
Most of time you have to wait for long time to see a doctor even you already booked. Moreover the doctors are helpless for my illness.

Wait time is ridiculous. Rang receptionist before coming to clinic and was confirmed doctor is running on time. Waited 1 hour and left without seeing doctor. Dr appointments were booked every 10 mins. They should book appointments every 15 to 20 minutes.

I recently visited this practice and my experience there was very pleasant. Quite professional staff, very helpful and diligent doctor, Dr. Akbar who listens patiently and quick in diagnosing the problem. Waiting was the only frustrating aspect but doctor's professionalism is worth waiting. But, above all, a patient almost recovers the way they friendly treat, talk, deal and listen. So, I will give 5 points.

Way better than other medical centres.no wating period.
