Dr. Qudsia Mahmood is one of the best doctors I have seen in Australia. She is very professional and keen on her patients and check thoroughly. Thanks for being keen and patience while providing info.

Dr Kerry is absolutely amazing by far the best gp I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately the reception is disgusting. Trying to get a escript or any info is like pulling teeth. Don't even bother asking a question your waisting your time. Dr Kerry caries that place

Dr Zubair Bhatti is the most generous and empathetic doctor I have ever meet. When I was in emergency, he was looking after me like I was family. Appreciated all your concern and strongly recommend Dr Zubair Bhatti to you all.

Terrible experience and hopeless team

I wish there was 0 or negative rate.
On 4/9/2023 I visited Dr Zubair Bhatti at Runcorn Plaza Family Practice Centre. Dr Bhatti asked me if I had any medicine. I said only the Ventolin inhaler. Then He asked if I was Korean. I Said Chinese. He then asked if I had some Chinese Medicine. I told him no. He then asked why the Chinese don't like Chinese medicine. I asked him how come you had that opinion. I didn't use Chinese medicine, which doesn't mean I don't like it.

When the medical visit was almost done, Dr Bhatti asked if I did a Pap Smear test. I didn't understand what he was talking about with his Indian accent. Then he used his hand to show me what that was about. Then I knew what he was talking about. But I felt very uncomfortable. I just got a cold. I am a female patient. He is a male Dr. Pap smear is not at all related to my medical condition.

Dr Bhatti's behaviour and comment are not professional and against the code and conduct of doctors in Australia. He needs to apologize to me for his unprofessional practice.

After reading the response from the Runcorn plaze Family Practice Management team below, it looked like it is normal practice that a Male doctor discussed with a female patient about PAP SMEAT which is not related to her medical condition. No wonder your medical centre has so many appointments available every day while other clinic centres are fully booked.

The front staff girls were very rude.i am not happy with their service. But doctor shamas is very nice and her service is excellent.

They kept hanging up on me I waited in the cue for almost hour twice and didn’t even do the appointment. Awful experience all I wanted was a prescription.

I'm very sick last week and I have to much energy and I'm booked my appointment with docter robina shamas she prescribed me one of energy spray so now I'm feel very better realy thanks to docter robina

Dr Zubair Bhatti is exceptionally caring and knowledgeable, I highly recommend his service.

Booked for 2pm. Arrived there before 2 and waited well over an hour. Same excuse all the time "doctor is running late"

Extremely rude and unhelpful receptionists. Doctors are nice but front staff is disgusting. I have visited the clinic many times and I don’t remember a single time the front staff has talk to me politely, no smile and no politeness in their tone. Always rude to their level best.
I understand that the clinic is mostly busy but still learn some etiquette to treat people nicely.
We pay for the service and deserve to be treated well.

I have been to many medical centres over the years and Runcorn Medical is by far one of the best! The girls at reception are always working so hard. This afternoon I had the pleasure of dealing with Kavya at reception and she is always so lovely and helpful

I had an injection with the nurse Shelly today. She always greets me with a smile and is very friendly. She was gentle and informative. An absolute asset to this medical clinic.
