Runcorn medical practice

Yesterday I went to Runcorn practice and met with dr Robina I was in severe stomach ache Nd she prescribed me tab for heart burn which didn’t help me in relieving my ache after some time I had to book another appointment with another dr at another medical centre.

Booking system is not good here every time we have to wait for 40 minute whether they are busy or quiet.

Always need to wait more than 45 min to meet the GP even on non busy time.bizzare! Atleast let people know that they are running late.

Came in with family member for walk-in appointment. The Manager Nabeela was very accommodating. She was polite and very friendly and made sure we saw a doctor. Excellent service by her and her team! Well done!

Happy with the consultancy of Dr. Bhatti, Even recommended to many friends. However, i’m quite disappointed with reception staff, specially one girl.even on phone as well she always speaks so rude like she doesn’t know anything about customer service.i told her last time that i’m unhappy the way you treated me.i don’t know her name but i think she may be indian (young). Should teach her, how treat with clients nd respond over the phone as well.

Excellent practice, the nurse looking after me was excellent and the Dr did a great job. Highly recommend.

Recently visited the facility and am very impressed by the services and arrangements made during these testing times.
Staff and doctors are very friendly. I was concerned after reading the comments here but I am very satisfied after visiting the facility.

I don't recommend this place due to long waiting even though I always booked in advance at specific time, ending up waiting 40-50 mins! Besides of all they want you to come more often then it should be, eg prescribe the pills without repeats (but I drink the same ones for years) and advertising their extra services: like if you are gonna do thisin our clinic you wouldn't need to come here for pills again (so instead of just prescribe pills with repeats)

Every time I come on time to see a doctor but there is no chance that doctor will attend you at the booked appointment time, at least have to wait 20 - 30 minutes

Excellent service from the doctors and nursing staff. However, reception staff (especially Indian girls) are rude towards their own community. No greeting, no eye contact, no courtesy when referring to the patient, completely ignorant and acted like a princess.
Such people should leave their third world attitude behind or should not working in customer service if they hate working with general public.

Good experience with the experience, check ups and guidance of the doctor. But not at all satisfied with system as i had to wait more than 40 mimutes in my both visits even after booking an appointment one today and another was on last Tuesday. On top of that, when i came out and just reached to the reception after visiting my doctor i immediately realised i forgot to get the form filled required to claim from my insurance provider and asks receptionist to quickly go back and get that form filled.but they didn't allow me and suggested to get my injection first. Anyhow, i did so, but when i came back with in 15 minutes and ask the receptionist again she said either i will have to wait upto 1: 20 pm because doctor was on lunch as said by her or i have to book another appointment. It was 12: 50pm and i didn't mind to wait because i had to give that form today as committed to my policy provider and clarify a doubt about the medicine she prescribed.but even after that given time i was still waiting. Finally, docter came out around 1: 45 took the form went and quickly filled as if she was annoyed and when she came out and handed that form to me i tried to clarify my doubt for prescribed medication quickly as i had to buy that today but she got annoyed. It was really disappointing and disturbing moment for me. This is poor system if patients have to book another appointment and sapre another hours just to reconfirm something or to clarify doubts.

Found it to be a great med practice. I've been consulting Dr. Zubair Bhatti and highly satisfied with the quality care I receive.

Wait there for one hour! Don't go there unless you have super patient!? Don't make a appointment. Waste your time.

Although I also have to wait like other people said more than 30 mins every time I book in my appointments. Don’t know why there is a booking system if someone has to wait, it’s hard for mums with babies.
During a recent appointment it was ridiculous and not very professional when a female doctor refuse to examine my 6 years old boy and advised me to see a male doctor because she can’t check a BOY and also admitted that she is not qualified for that.

I have only been attending the Runcorn Plaza Family Medical Practice for a short time and I would highly reccomend it to all my family and friends. The staff are also very friendly, helpful and welcoming especially the Practice Manager Kerri. She is always happy to help me in any situation. My Doctor is Dr Bhatti and I could not ask for a more sincere, caring and extremely helpful and welcoming doctor who will go out of his way to fit me and my children in with his busy daily appointment schedule. I woke up on Wednesday morning with my face all swollen, itchy, red and very inflamed to the point I couldnt open my right eye and not knowing what was going I phoned the practice and Kerri got me in to see Dr Bhatti asap even though he was fully booked for the day, he was even happy to start his day earlier just to fit me in. Dr Bhatti is also very thorough with his examinations and clearly explains everything to me. If you are looking for a friendly welcoming Medical Practice for your family then Runcorn Plaza Family Practice is the place. They also have female doctors if you prefer females.
Its a 45 minute drive to Runcorn from my place but in my eyes it is worth the drive for the care and service I receive at this practice. Thank you Kerri for recommending this practice to me and my children and thank you to Dr Bhatti for his caring nature towards his patients.
