I waited 20 min for getting ID to print documents, but still no use.and there is no one to answer properly

You guys use to be good. What happened! I bought a $200 fan 4 months ago online and today it stopped working. It came with 1 year warrenty. I called the 1300 support number and explained the problem and they said I am able to just return the fan to my local officeworks with invoice and get a refund or replacement. I called you guys and was told that I could only get a store credit because the fan is older than 6 months. I said it's actually only 4 months old and I have invoice to prove it. The man I spoke to seemed to have changed his mind and then said to me "because it's been longer than 30 days we can only give you a store credit", even though it comes with a year warrenty! So obviously I wasn't happy. Called the officeworks at Windsor and they happily provided me with a full refund. They will be my local officeworks from now on.

Went there today and had a bad customer service from one of the staff, young boy who’s busy with his earphone, I’ve been waiting for about 30minutes for him to bring Matrix Heights Adjustable Portable Desk to the cashier but didn’t showed up until the cashier lady told him and he came in and forgot about it. You need to teach your staff how to respect the customer, if he works for me I will fired him immediately.
Note:
Teach your staff to NOT to look your customer from what they wearing and what’s their skin colour is because you didn’t know that that person might a businesses owner or might be a millionaire.

Been here a number of times and today I came to get 3 basic things I found on the website. Walked out with nothing AGAIN. Only after checking the site again to find out it’s not in stock. But not just that, all 3 items are also not in stock with surrounding stores. They woo you on their website but when you get to the store only the medium or premium priced items are available. Pathetic!

Neoliberal nightmare. No one to help you. Printing never works properly. Can't get a refund on you self service printing even if it doesn't work. Awful staff. Huge queues.

Huge queues with only one person serving but a dozen staff standing around various parts of the store, took them >30 mins to fetch the wrong desk I'd called earlier about and no one seemed even slightly motivated to sort things out.

I consistently receive excellent customer service from this store. The staff are very knowledgable, genuinely helpful and friendly.

Waiting periods for prints is ridiculous. Waited more than two business days to collect a simple 20page print, they tell you that there is a high demand and they can't get to it any sooner. Staff are often rude (I imagine due to the high amounts of stress because they're understaffed and regular printer breakdowns)

The staff at the print counter were very unhelpful. Just pointed us to a kiosk and offered no help. Took us three times longer than it would have if she had just done her job and assisted us.

5 stars to the hot guy at the printing desk.not because of service just cause I think you deserve 5 stars for good genetics haha

Wanted to print 3 pages from a USB at 2pm was told I could pick them up at 7pm. Worst Officeworks in Brisbane for printing

Wait in print area is ridiculous. Rude print staff with no customer service skills - I got told off for asking a question! Clearly overworked!
