Officeworks Milton

I went into @officeworks milton store on friday and the young bloke appeared to be incredibly busy but at the same time was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction regarding what ink is suitable for my printer, not to mention whilst he was being hassled by a handful of impatient customers. I didn't manage to catch his name but nonetheless I take my hat off to him! I will certainly be returning to this store

Decent product range but service from staff is lacking. Need to improve on their customer service skills.

This place is terrible. I went there today to buy everything needed for a home office, there were no staff anywhere so I had to ask the lady on the door for help. When I asked if someone could help me she replied “ohh maybe, we only have two staff on the floor today”. She made an announcement asking for help but nobody came… I left without buying a thing. If this place thinks it’s being smart by cutting wage costs through not having staff rostered on, you’re not! You’re actually losing profitable business by providing terrible customer service. Read your reviews and you’ll notice this. What I was going to spend today would have paid your staffs wages for weeks.

Officeworks Milton is a good store, perfect for all of your office and work needs including stationary, books and technology.

The stores has a toilet near the front of the store that is pretty clean.

My experiences here have been pretty good as most of the time, I have already done my research and made a list of items that I need to purchase. The staff is able to assist with the rest.

For example, I recently purchased a monitor with an inbuilt PC. One of the workers assisted me in deciding which one I should buy by providing information and specifications of the computer.

However, the prices here and at Officeworks in general, are pretty high compared to online stores.

The lady at the printing department was rude. She acted like she didn't even want to work there and someone forced her too.

Fabulous store with a huge range of products from stationery, to computers and electronic goods, office supplies, backpacks etc. It’s super convenient to get to just off Milton Road, with a handy car park in front of the store where you can always find a spot. The long hours till 9.00pm most nights and Sunday trading means that you can visit here virtually anytime that suits you.

The shopping experience is comfortable, hassle-free and easy, with wide aisles, prominent signage, and strong lighting, making it a breeze to quickly find whatever you're looking for. And they even have toilets!

The customer service is outstanding. All the staff are helpful, polite and professional in their attitude. These guys will go out of their way to help you if you need assistance in finding anything, or advice about which products to buy. And the checkout is fast and efficient. I always enjoy shopping here.

I’ve used this store to collect online orders, and have been satisfied with that experience too.

This is my fav store for stationery and office supplies.

Literally stood in like for 10mins while the man serving was on the phone, I needed to print a single page and the whole thing took like 25 minutes

Dear Rory from the printing department, I waited for a good five minutes in queue for a modicum of acknowledgement whilst you chatted away to your colleague behind you without even giving me a "I'll be with you in a minute" or something similar. Your customer service is terrible, please do better.

3 out of 3 passport photos rejected by the passport office despite 'certificates' to proof they were acceptable.

Indian-looking girl working night shift on Tuesday 15 June 7: 59pm refused to take passport photos because "machine was jammed". She was clearly lying. I encourage you to consider termination of her employment.

Shout out to an absolute king, a top tier legend, the one and only Bailey in the tech department. Absolute chad of printers, a wizard of laptops. That man is going places and its to the top.

Fabulous customer service from Phoebe and her manager. I printed something for a work event and they assisted me with a tricky payment. Thanks Again.

I always drive out of my way to print here as it's the only office works that is able to do same day prints during school days. Every other office works south side requires next day pickup at best.

I'm not sure whats up with all the negative reviews but I come here about twice a month to print multiple jobs all on different papers and sizes. They've never mucked up and it's always quick and hassle free.

Staff are friendly if you approach them, and have always been very helpful.

I would highly recommend these guys if you need a print job completed on the day! (Traffic around there is awful between 3-6pm though)

It’s been said before and I have to agree, staff are very disengaged and couldn’t care less that you’re there. Ok, I’ll take my money elsewhere

Most of helpful staff. Good at beating prices for laptops. Brought printer from here working fine and under warranty. Most trusted office supply store. Big range of All in one computres on sale.

Horrible service at print area. Have to wait more than 1 hour. Only one staff serving for 3 queues. Won't be coming again

Wow. We arrived at Milton Officeworks and were amazed. In the carpark I said to my husband, “I’m not looking forward to this. Officeworks is such an unpleasant experience, the staff are grumpy and unhelpful. ” Milton Officeworks proved me wrong. The staff were friendly and helpful. We have always gone to Oxley Officeworks. My advice, travel further to Milton Officeworks and get better service, better customer relations and a better experience overall. Congratulations Milton Officeworks for professional and outstanding business practice.

Horrible service there is none - the print area customer service is the worst - first up ticked off for standing in the wrong line, asked about canvas prints and told to follow the prompts on the screen - I needed some help but their was none on offer. Went looking to buy a printer again no help - not one staff member approached me - I was prepared to spend quite a bit of money that day but will definitely go elsewhere - in this time when people are looking for work I would suggest Officeworks Milton ups their game or replace their staff who are trained in good customer service.

I give up on this store! 5th time I have tried over 12months. Everytime service has been poor. Opening a business so planed on spending considerable amount today.will go on line.

Rory has Terrible customer service. Lack of interest or effort 15minute printing wait turned into 1hr 15 no sense of urgency. Do not come here.
