Officeworks Milton

After making the trip to the store that advertised having the phone I wanted they told me they did not have it and I would have to make a trip to another store. I asked if they could organise delivery and they refused.

I used to shop here for convienience but they dont offer that.

One of the lady staff is very rude with the customers. She doesn’t talk politely. I suppose she is a Chinese or so. Spoiled my day!

Excellent service. In and out within a few mins to buy a new scanner. Phillip is a fast and friendly. Price match included. Will keep coming back to this particular office works.

Last night I went in to print a poster for a uni assignment and Sonya and Anya were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me out.beautiful service and so welcoming.

Plenty of parking available.
Friendly staff and service. Self operating printing, scanning and all services available. Overall good

15/09/2023 - Walked in at 8: 43pm and was told that the printing services closed 15 minutes ago. Seems like old mate just couldn't be bothered. Why is the store advertised as open until 9am if you stop serving customers whenever you feel like it in the last hour the stores open. Rude, lazy time wasters.

Staff were extremely unhelpful. Wanted 5 hours to bind a small 50 page booklet when there were no other customers and then refused to hole punch the pages so I could do it myself. Unbelievable, you should fire all your print service staff. Disgusted with this customer service experience.

Needed an A0 poster printed for a work conference. Rang to enquire about the wait times. Was told if I came to store in person, it would be done right then and there. Went to store, and was told it would be at least a day. Couldn’t get the poster printed in time for my presentation.

So many staff on the floor but still terrible customer service. Went to do a basic print of kids party invites and they couldn’t accommodate - over 48 hour turnaround.

The staff at the printing and copying counter are all incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I have my business Wellness through Yoga posters printed and laminated beautifully, thank you very much.

Unbelievable that the weekend staff can't print anything for a customer, especially when nothing is currently printing on their machines. Will Officeworks reimburse my travel costs, as they weren't able to complete my job?

Photo printing is a joke, the self-service machines don’t work at all and just waste your time. Staff not clear on where things are.

Big thanks to John for helping me with processing a price match today for a sandisk ultra 1tb. Your can-do attitude and up-beat personality really changed my former view of officeworks, as well as cured all the other times I tried to price match at other officework branches. I wish the staff at Garden City officeworks could be so friendly and helpful!

Bad service from the girl with the long high ponytail. Laminating was also out of service. Officeworks used to offer free paper cutting - now charges $1 PER CUT

Sean at the front desk was so lovely! He said he was only new but I was just beaming after I left as he was just so sweet. Sean, never change.

Print department sucks except for one it seems…. Thanks Rory for helping out - you seem to be the only one in the print area with an ounce of customer focussed service. For several visits I have encountered rude, bored, totally couldn’t care less attitudes. People like Rory are the exception at the print area for some reason - the checkout staff are always nice, but the print department seems to be in some kind of vortex of providing the absolute bare minimum, as rudely and carelessly as they possibly can. Good on you Rory, doing a good job in whatever you do will take you far. - and office works, have you got your staffing levels right? Is this why staff are so unhappy?

Ordered a laptop online and had the store cancel the order 4h later after showing put to pick up

I usually use the self service machines at this store as it’s quicker than driving back to the office. The times I’ve needed to use their service at the counter I’ve always understood when they say they’ll need me to pick up my order later because I’m capable of thinking logically. If they need time to do my print job, they must have other print jobs from customers in the pipeline. I hear they even take orders from the internet these days.

I don’t buy these people claiming they’ve waited in line for an hour to get served. To those people who claim they were waiting for that long I’d suggest to you maybe peel your gaze away from your mobile phone and take a look around at your other options such as the the self service printers that you were probably standing next to the whole time.

I’ve witnessed it all from watching other customers at the copy counter, be it verbally abusing the staff, throwing their USBs or coins across the counter at them and not listening and cooperating with clear direction. A lot of people lacking in social skills wondering why the poor retail worker is annoyed with them.

The people naming and shaming people on here is just uncalled for because they have no way of defending their actions against you so I have reported anyone doing that as it’s pretty disgraceful.

I’d highly recommend the Milton Printers to anyone. Don’t go in there with the expectation that they can just magically do your last minute print job because you weren’t prepared and you’ll have a great experience.
