Officeworks Milton

Bought some earphones from here and one broke just after a month of owning them. Took them into the store and was assured that they’d be repaired and covered by warranty. It took them over a week to send them off to the repair place only to be told later that they’re not covered by warranty and I’d have to pay $129 to get them fixed.

I’ve been waiting for my earphones for 3 weeks now and I’ll be receiving them back in the same state they were sent off in. I’d rather you actually found out the details regarding your warranty conditions instead of wasting everyone’s time, especially the time of the repairers.

I needed to organise photos for a wake so after submitting my order online I rang to confirm timeframe. I was told that the machine was broken and to order online again at another store and I would be contacted to cancel order. I paid for the same photos again online to collect at another store and rang the head office to cancel the order. After waiting on hold the call was disconnected. I then got an email from office works head office telling me both orders had be printed with no way to contact them. I then rang the store who said they couldn’t be printed as was told I could come into store and get a refund, after being told by another person at the store that they can’t refund on line orders. Needless to say I didn’t think photos would be the hardest part in organising a wake.

There are some really lovey helpful people on the ground floor
But also some really mean and rude staff at the front counter. It just wrecked whole experience

Extremely rude and belittling staff, even had a staff member roll their eyes at me.was a shame because my experiences at the Woolloongabba officeworks have been amazing

Spent 1h 20 mins in store to create a photo album, the system hang itself up on the last page and everything was gone. The person to ask she cant do anything. What a waste of time! If you ever plan of doing something like this, don't come here: (very disappointed

Staff are extraordinarily rude and unhelpful. Seem to forget basic manners and have zero interest in customers. Weird.
Bit intimidating to go to the Milton Officeworks because it's such an unpleasant experience

Not sure what is “click and collect” is if you have to wait for 20mins for someone to bring the item to the front.
I could have gone to the isle grabbed the item and could have come to the checkout by that time.
Poor customer service!

Every experience I have had in this store has been very good. Staff are easy to find and attentive. It is a busy store and there always seems to be an apocalypse like prepping happening with stationary. The other day when I went in the were short staffed due to no one having a holiday for 2 years (spicy cough) even with this the staff were great. Good work guys!

Staff are rude on the phone when asking simple questions about click and collect.its a pity because every other interaction at the city store Officeworks has been good. Ill go back there from now on because getting treated with basic decency is worth a longer trip.

As much as I have used this office works in the past, I have never experienced the kind of service that I recieved today. Apon arriving to office works to simply get some documents printed, my partner and i were met with a legthy line to wait in (not a problem) but then we were taken care of by a extremely rude employee named Nick who was obviously in a foul mood. My partner and I asked if we could get some documents scanned to paper, to which he rudly corrected us multiple times stating "that's not what it's called, you need to say copied". At this point we could tell that he was a little stand offish.
After he sorted out what he needed to do he left and began (scanning) our documents. He then returned and I said I also need some documents printed from my email, to which he replied, " I've already asked you if you needed anything else, why didn't you say this before, there are people waiting behind you". After he complained about my partner and I, he finally told me to wait for an email, when I showed him the email I got he said it was the wrong email. Everything was taking so lo g i could see other customers begin to leave in frustration. The lack of Information given at the printing desk is terrible, it made me feel like I had no idea what I was doing, and to be met with some as rude as him makes me never want to shop at this store again.

I was in to print a big side (75MB) PDF document. None of the self service machine allowed me to print coz the size limit on self service machine is 50MB. Staff forced me to buy a Office works card which can be used to print using self service machine. I added 10$ to it. Since I did not use the selfservice machine, and hence my money on the card was not used, I went back to the cash counter and asked for refund of card. They said there was no money on the card, coz I had left my session open on one of the self service machine and some one else has used my credit.
After a long verbal fight they refunded me 8.24$ back. (I dont know how did they calculate it).
The printing staff was super rude to me and did not help at all.

A big shout to Jess who was really great yesterday. I only ended up spending $39 but she was so helpful with alternatives and information. Thank you so much

Would never recommend this branch. Staffs are arrogant and lazy, I ask for help with the self service printer since it is saying error and would not print but they are to busy talking to other staff than helping customers. People lined up on the kiosk and there are three staffs but only one is helping customers. Customer service is very poor.

OMG. Useless.

I'm sure if you physically go into the store with your photos on a USB or SD card, you'll have a great experience.

But, just try organising two photos to be printed online and see how you go.

I now physically have to go out (probably to Officeworks) and buy a USB key just to get two photos printed. It's 2022 people!

Had Josh serve us at office works in Milton - best service I've had for a very long time thanks Josh and to office works your blessed to have him working for the company

Tonight I was politely greeted by Josh. He helped carry a desk and chair out to my car amid the pouring rain. I didn't even have to ask and he just offered to help. Excellent customer service right there champ

I do NOT recommend this place at all, poorly trained staff, liars, and lousy service, buy a computer and before buying it ask for the waiting time, they told me 2 days, ask are you sure? Because it was an urgent need, 21 days have passed and every day I call and they tell me tomorrow it will be ready, this has happened 7 times and nobody helps me to solve this, I simply see that they only care about you as a person and your needs until You give them the money, then they just play with your time and your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Milton office work at all.you better find another store somewhere else if you don't want to waste your time.

I just went to the pictures counter service and the guys told me that the only way to print pictures out it was the self service, when it’s totally false since I know that office works has two services for this one is the self machine and the second one is the counter help desk which it would be an option for people that does not have the card for the self counter services. Definitively need to improve in your customer service, guys.

Awesome sirvice tonight from Megan. I bought a phone online and got a message telling me it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I went in thinking someone would likely tell me "too hard" but for Megan it was easy and a pleasure.
