TERRIBLE Customer Service (actually there Is none)
Staff too busy trying to do the least they possibly can.

Visited this place twice, both times the self serve/saving printers were erroring and slow, old machines. At my old office job it was a 5 second job scanning and emailing something to yourself. Not here, I feel like I’m in the 90s with their machines.

And when you do ask/look for help the staff are busy avoiding people or pretending to be busy.

Miserable place. When you actually want help they can’t give it to you.

General staff culture is a big indicator of company ethos and management so obviously something needs to change there! And no your new rule to ask customers how are you when we enter through the front doors can’t fix that.

Fellow customers do yourselves a favour and go somewhere else.

I recently went to Milton Officeworks to have some brochures printed for my business. After spending way too long explaining what I wanted printed to the staff member, I was told that the order will be processed ASAP. During this time I find it ironic another customer marched through the store upset with something to do with his order as well.

Just as I was leaving I was told it was going to be another 45 minutes, and then I was told to come back later. I received a text that the order was ready multiple days later. A few days past and I go in store to collect my order. I bring along my collection text and was responded with that the order could not be found. I told them not to worry about it, and bought another item. I was left standing in the que whilst the counter lady sat on her phone until she decided to serve me.

I must say, each time I visit this store. It sincerely is one problem after the next. Literally nothing is ever a simple task. I highly recommend not going to this Officeworks, especially for printing jobs. The team is completely incapable.

I just rang the store to clarify a few things with the manager. They didn't even pick their phone up for 15 minutes. I just gave up in the end.

Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else, these guys suck.

Rudest customer service ever received from the guy behind the printing section he asked to me wait in order line when my turn came up he serviced like 5 customers who came after me for pickup and then finally when my turn came he asked me to wait again Cz he has not received my email. He has no sorry or thank you or smile at least for anything.

Ordered a macbook pro in store then got a email saying i bought a macbook air, called the store a very nice lady told me it was my fault and o had to come to the store and ask to change my order.so i did it, i was told it would be ready to colect in two days.after 6 days i decided to call the store and ask what was going on, i was told i didnt had any orders under my name even thought i bought in store and paid 1.799 for that.so i had to spend 1 hour of my day trying to get my money back over the phone, again was told i was going to get refund next day, it took 4 days, thanks a lot!

When I arrived the lady at the front asked if she could help and I said I was there for a click and collect. She asked whether it was a big or small package to which I replied small. She then asked me to step to the side and wait near the pens. I waited for about 10 minutes and then approached her again to ask politely if there was any progress. She spoke into her phone "Is anyone getting that click and collect? The customer seems to be getting annoyed already". I felt very uncomfortable as I wasn't annoyed at all just curious whether there was a reason for the wait. I waited another 10 minutes and after a few more of her calls someone bought the item to me. Her name was Michelle. I've never had a problem before but wanted to speak up just in case someone else had a similar experience and didn't want them to feel like it was just them.

This was the first time I went to officeworks to print some docs in colour. I purchased a print and copy recharge card from the machine but I needed some help for top up as the machine didn't allow me to do so. I was lining up at the queue. However, the male staff at the printing area ignored me and served another female customer. Later, I got a chance to ask him. He said "Did you NOT top up on a recharge card before"? This is obviously extremely rule for a customer service staff spoke to a customer. I genuinely not feeling welcomed and respected by the staff. I WOULD NOT go to officeworks milton to do any printings anymore.

Don't bother ordering an item for click and collect. Even though the trackers on both their site and the courier's site said the item was ready for collection for a few weeks they kept lying and wouldn't give me the item.

I got fed up with them and launched a dispute with PayPal to get a refund and lo and behold they waited until the night before the deadline to send me an email saying it was there now.

Too little too late. What a waste of my time!

The absolute highest level of incompetence. Don't bother ever calling they don't answer the phone. Don't bother doing click n collect they will lose your order.

Exceptional service. Came in with a person with a disability to buy a shredder. We were treated with respect and were given good information about the product we were purchasing. Thank you to the staff for making this a good experience.

Totally I reckon I mark with 3starts reason is the price is not competitive.while the environment is pretty good. There are many kinds of stationery, but the price is not very low. Sometimes there are discounted products, which is a very good choice. But I have to say that stationery is really expensive in Australia. Another advantage of officeworks is that it has a long business hours, opening seven days a week, working until 9 pm on weekdays, and closing the door a little earlier on weekends.

Customer Service was absolutely horrible. Rang up to ask about a printer and was made to feel stupid and got laughed at by someone named Brayden. I was telling him what the product code was for the printer and he cut me off and told me that it wasn't the right number before I even finished. And I said well what number are you looking for if it's not that one? Then he said 'just say what you were going to say and I'll explain after'. I continued to say the correct number which I was telling him before he rudely cut me off and laughed at me. He said yeah that's the one. I then started to explain that is what I was saying before he cut me off and laughed at me, then realised I do not need to explain myself to someone who has made me feel stupid. Will not be purchasing this printer from here. Sorry. I don't appreciate being made fun of by someone who clearly can't do their job properly.

Print counter is terribly understaffed! Every time I go I’m waiting at least 10mins just to be served. There are staff wandering aimlessly around the store while the 1 or 2 staff at printing counter are completely run off their feet! Sort it out Officeworks! There’s plenty of other printing services available now where people will happily take their business.

Too less staff there and work very slow. Only 2 of people in front of me and I wait for 30mins. Finally they said they can't print today. Don't go to office work, it just waste your time.

Located just at the outskirts of the CBD, this branch is one of the bigger branches within the city limits. It is less crowded than the Adelaide (city) branch and is good for a quick grab-and-go. They have several self-help printing and copying machines and generally has shorter queues compared to the branch in the city. It probably also stocks more items than the city branch, given its large area. Definitely a good alternative to queueing up in the city if you would like to get something fast.

Worst experience ever with untrained staff answering phone calls. I have bought a phone and cracked screen with in a week I was using it for 6 months and one day after update it started restarting itself continually and I have explained this situation to staff and the one who answered the phone asked me to come in and they will send the phone to repair I was not notified about costs at that time at all and the phone is still in warranty. The next day when I went to shop from stratpine to Milton they say we can’t send it for repair and there will be costs involved and the guy was so rude. Such a disappointment. Should have told me In phone wast of my time.

Please don't go there if you want to take a photo. Just go there for buying stationery.
I went there several times for taking and retaking Canadian permanent residency photos. Each time they didn't even read the instructions I had been given. And each time the Visa office in Sydney rejected my son's photos. So, we just lost so much time along with several post costs which totally exceeded the cost of a professional studio.
They just have a software which they rely on and don't pay attention to the explanation we give them. Very proud.

Please learn about the crown of the head position if you want to continue taking passport photos. Customer's time is valuable.

Bought a $2.5 stationary and queued for 15 minutes, only one staff at the counter, and the check out was non-sense.
I think is reasonable if checking someone is leaving with a bag or didn’t buy, but if just came out from the counter, why check?
If I go to Kmart buying the same stationary but self-check out, it could have been done in 5mins.
