McDonald's Doolandella

Ordered large chips, counted 10 chips. Consistently wrong orders missing one of the chips, sauces, burgers, rude staff when ask to fix issues. Store looks new food tastes good. Shame its a waste run by inexperienced children.

First time visiting this store today and apparently I couldn't get a feed due to a "System update".

When I asked what I should do about it I was told to "go to another store".

Not happy and will not use this place ever again.

One napkin the meal eat in. My not on a tray and no coke cup either and smile girls you look depressed

Service at night on 20th Jan was slow to the point of food being cold
Replacement meal were offered and taken however this shouldn't have been needed

Worst service ever waited 50 mins for 2 coffees and 2 toasties and left with our money back. Manager was nowhere to be seen while the workers were busy and errors were being made. They had to go fetch her from out tje back to refund us. She needs firing!

Clearly geared for drive thru business, eat-in service is virtually nonexistent.

I was looking forward to this store opening as I live locally, but have been constantly disappointed with the service when eating in. Food takes a long time to prepare and the staff always forget something in the order. Each time I order a babycino and a side a of marshmallows to go with it from the kiosk, they forget to include the marshmallows. Happens every single time.

Drive-thru however is a different story, orders are quick and nothing has ever been missed so they get an extra star there.

Another disappointment is their in-store wifi. It is woefully slow, so much so that I don't have any internet at all when there as there is barely any cell coverage in the area.

I hope that management sees this review and others so they can take some action as I'm not the only one having poor experiences at this store.

Opening week was great then it all died down. Service thereafter went down the drain, it takes 30 mins plus to wait for your order!

Please give some smile when u serve any customer.very rude.just had my coffee right now.i really love coffee from mcdonalds but this time i already knew that my coffee will be awful and having no taste.the way she took order, i wish i could cancel my order at the same time.if she will be there, i will never order my coffee again from there.thanks

Was wondering if anyone had the filet fish there 3 nights ago and got sick. My girlfriend is still in bed not well

Honestly really bad service, I’m local and go to mcdonalds quite often with my daughter and doolandellas quality of food and customer service is absolutely appalling. It’s a very big shame as I have been to several other McDonald’s like forest lake or Salisbury and they have such good customer service each and every worker and the quality is always perfect. Please fix these major problems within your store I am no one special and am able to see so many issues. Thank you so sorry I had to be so negative but don’t want others to waste there money like I have.

If I could give this "restaurant" zero stars I would. Been twice, once earlier when they first opened and again today. Both times my orders were missing items, things wrong and the service was terrible. Tables were always dirty and the place smacks of lazy workers. So concerned with not having to serve anyone because of the self serve system, I think they forget there's more to running the joint than putting together sub par orders. I'll never go back.

For a newly opened store I must say the service was Quick, Food was hot and the staff were very polite this morning. Good job To the drive thru staff on todays shift between 10am and 12pm absolutely rocking it girls
