McDonald's Doolandella

Been here at least 10 times 15-20 min wait on food. Drive through is always slow and have to wait 10 mins in waiting bays.

If you want to wait for your beef or chicken to be slaughtered, ur potato's to grow for your chips even your soft drink to be made at the factory even your coffee beans to grow ect. This is the place to go the worst. Half hour wait on a ice coffee.

It took 35 minutes to get just one takeaway coffee and the response from the staffs were negligent and in very poor standard. This is the worst McDonald I have ever been to across Brisbane. Stop going.

I do not like the way they expect us to be served by a computer they could put a couple of staff members on the counter to help out when you want to customise your order it becomes very hard to do and it took l 16 minutes to get our order

None wants to serve customers standing at the counter, waited a while before a staff member actually came over, there were lots of staff on, but obviously no one wants to serve.

Been here a number if times and can't be more disgusted with the state of it. I had to clea the table I sat at myself and make sure my kids didn't stand on any of the food over the floor. Food all over tables and floor, unclean tables and the service at front counter was very slow. Many of the staff walking past and not even saying anything.
Staff serving food tho were very friendly.

Possibly the worst McDonald’s in Brisbane. Everytime I come here the wait in drive through is so long that it is now ridiculous. They need more staff on to meet customer demand or train their staff to work faster and more efficiently. Currently in the drive through and have waited 20 mins for a coffee. After today I won’t be returning ever again.

Don't order from this store if you expect to get what you pay for they constantly do not give you all the items you pay for. If there was a no star option they would get none.

The most considerate staff to walk the Earth, I particularly want to congratulate a chickadee in the store, Belahl was her name I believe. She was so well mannered! I am truly blessed!

Great 2story indoor playground surrounded by noise reducing glass, normally clean but always have at least a 20min wait while the staff stand around chatting

Terrible service, not busy at all and they take like half an hour to put food in your table. Bins are always overflowing, tables dirty and when you ask for service the staff is always chatting to each other not taking care of the customer. I have been there like 4 times and have been the same at all times. Disappointing!

I love coming here. The atmosphere is great. I charge my phone from the USB sockets supplied while I gulp my tasty food down.

Been here about 6 times already and I’ve never faced any problems or anything. Of course it’s not perfect but it’s doing well for being recently opened.

It’s sad I even have to give 1 star this place is horrible. Multiple times I have had to wait half an hour for a very simple breakfast order with a hot chocolate. Today was the last straw waited 25 minutes upon asking twice where my drink was still didn’t come up with it and I didn’t have time to wait so I had to leave without it. Staff are useless and seem like none of them have ever worked in a Macdonalds for more then a week. They are also seen joking around more than working and throwing stuff at each other. Also I wasn’t the only one that had an issue this morning saw one guy come in to get a full refund because they screwed up his order and two other people complain about the wait. Please go to ANY other Maccas but this one!

Doolandella would have to be the slowest Mcdonalds in Brisbane. I keep hoping they will get better, but I don't think it is possible. 2 cars in front of me in drive through, took 16minute to get my order. Customers were standing inside shaking there heads waiting also! Management really need to get it running faster.

Sitting here in drive through for 30 mins had enough time to wright this and still haven't gotten my large wrap meal and a frozen drink.

Playground is wonderful for the kids. It is probably one of the better and more comprehensive McDonald's playgrounds I have seen. Downside- the site seems to be pretty dirty with upkeep in the main eating area being sub standard.

Great place, lots of seating, and power points to plug in your electronics. Free WiFi for 1 hour, wish it was unlimited, I like to study here.

Food is consistent but late night and Early morning staff run a bit slow. Like 15min+ wait for a burger.

Wow, this place couldn't organise a root in a brothel. Shocking customer service and got about 6 fries when ordered a large.
