Everytime no matter the hour of the day it's always full of cars waiting. It seems this place has issues with management.

My Mum & I have been going to this place for yrs & for the last 6-8 weeks I have been getting rotten bacon on my McMuffin. I drive all the home & I have to take the bacon off, today I went back to get a new one but time & fuel waisted again

Seriously how could you missed to put a drink. This is my last order from this location theres always something missing everytime we order.

Not really happy with the service, i order big mac and when i get home, chips only half and my burger dont have sauce at all, no cheese.

As Maccas go, this one has the slowest service I can remember.

Got our order wrong, and the tables weren't kept clean.

The place feels like it is understaffed. The staff there were trying, but felt like they just couldn't keep up.

When they provide service it tends to be high quality, but recently the wait at drivethru at 1130pm has been unnacceptable without explanation or acknowlegement. And when I tried to get the attention of staff, the staff member was exceedingly rude.

If the owner cannot afford to adequately staff his resturaunt, perhaps he shouldnt have it open at night.

Fries were cold, half portion
Burger had no mustard, onion or gerkin

Looking at the reviews for this branch. There is some serious issues

Wish I could leave no star. Only reason why we stopped here was for playground and we were hungry and in the area. Order was wrong, missing x2 big Macs, missing dressing for salad and cutlery. Went to get items at counter and server needs serious training on how to 1. Greet customers with a smile and personal appearance. 2. Prompt service - efficiency is important as it is FAST food after all. 3. When a customer is missing an item/order is incorrect, apologise and rectify the situation GRACIOUSLY. This girl acted as if I committed a disservice to HER when she’s the one who got my order wrong! AND to top it all off…Absolutely VILE restrooms. My 6yr old needed to use restroom and every single toilet was left in a sickening state. We quickly moved to the parents/baby changing toilet instead and to my shock and horror, it looked like something from a horror movie. The manager on duty should truly be ashamed because the state the restrooms were in were absolutely FOUL and it looked like it had been like that for a while. Absolutely disgusting and enough to make anyone gag. I came to this McDonald’s at 20/11/2021 at 10: 45-11: 30am. For those thinking of ever coming to this branch, do yourself and your family a favour and drive a little bit more to the Richlands or Oxley McDonald’s instead, especially if you have kids. They have playground and facilities are up to standard. You’ll be thankful that you did!

Great Experience at this McDonalds!
I entered the restaurant and it was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. I ordered a chicken and cheese meal and it was delivered to me within 5 minutes. I was served by a staff member named James who was friendly and checked my order several times to make sure it was correct. The fries were fresh and the burger was delicious. Highly recommend this compared to the ridiculously slow Forest Lake.:)

Staff member seen uniformed & standing on dining table (Possible TikTok influencer motive?)

Filthy premises (Table wipe requested for health & safety purposes)

Sightly over flowing rubbish bins which explained the excess rubbish left on dining tables with neglected bin changes.

While placing order at the counter, a long handled broom was left in eyesight on the counter top.

A return email address which automatically rejects your response to a automated delivery failure reply.

A better Maccas, but still have issues getting order 100% correct, even after being parked for 3-5 minutes.

I have ever seen that was filthy. Tables, floors and toilets were really disgusting despite the fact that the restaurant was empty and staff were standing around chatting. Blew my mind.

Toasties and coffee were good. Supply of sugar and spoons at the counter would be smart rather than having to go back to ask. Allowing the warning beeper on the deep fryer (at every store) to scream out constantly is very annoying, turn it off!

Kids play ground is fun like the cams they keep kids safe only thing is need a spare exit door just in case fire breaks out in side and can't get out any other way then going back through the inside one no McDonald have a exit door in play ground I've seen yet they all lend back inside. Hum, just need a safety door that's run buy fire alarm system, that only open in a fire. But anyway all good it great.

What are joke went there at 12 drive-thru shut inside with shut staff being rude saying no we're close not enough customers to be open and I have to pay for an Uber to drive there when it's advertised for 24 hour drive through what a joke I will not be going back

Do yourself a favour and drive the extra 3 mins to the Forest Lake store because this is without a doubt the worst Macca's around. Ordered through the app to pickup in store and arrived at the counter to see my order sitting on the bench. Waited for ages to finally get served only to be told the order hadn't gone through on my mobile (even though I showed her my phone screen with the completed order!?). Was then asked to go outside and refresh my phone because there's no reception in store. Returned to wait ages YET AGAIN to be served only to see that they had made a strawberry thickshake instead of vanilla that I ordered. Got home to realise they screwed up AGAIN and gave me chocolate flavour.and it was melted and not thick. And the cup was only 3/4 full. Get your s**t together.

This Maccas is by far the worst there could possibly be
The amount of fries I got in a small fries was a joke compared to Richlands or any other place.
They didn't even bother to fill my small cup of coke anymore than the amount the dispenser gives.
The chicken burger was unappetising as the chicken did not want to rip and was hard.
The nuggets looked burned and very brown, they also didn't have any crunch, it just felt like dry chewy cardboard.

By far the slowest Macca's I have ever been to lunch time with only 5 staff that I can see. 8 people waiting for over ten minutes

Worst Mcdonalds i've ever been to! After i waited more than 10 mins to just place my order with no one else in front the person next to me who arrived 8 mins after me was served first. I was then meet at the pay window by a girl who didn't say a word. I waited another 5 mins to be greeted with a sorry about the wait to recieve half filled ice-creams. Poor effort!
