JB Hi-Fi Carseldine HOME Superstore

My partner and I went in with a rough idea on what we were looking for, after some guidance and help from a lovely young gentleman, who didn't make us feel as silly for asking any questions, he ensured we had covered everything that we needed. We were also helped by 2 other lovely staff members when we entered the next department.
All in all the staff are wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable and prices were very competitive. Very happy

We spoke with Shaun regarding our situation and requirements for a dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer, he listen to our requirements and showed us some products that matched those requirements, and eased us from the transisation of researching to making the hastle free purchase.

I recently purchased a turntable and speakers from JB HI FI at the Kedron and Chermside stores. I was having issues playing sound from my speakers and tried troubleshooting over the phone with a rep from the city store. I was directed to go back to the Kedron store and they said the speakers weren't compatible and that I needed to get specific speakers only available at the Carseldine JB HI FI store. So I went on my way, and took the products to the store with the intention of exchanging.

Ben helped me out at the Carseldine Store. He wanted to figure out what the root of the issue was. I brought the products into the store and he immediately found what the issue was - the cap on the stylus was removed and there was no needle to be able to play the record. So it wasn't that the speakers were incompatible, I had taken the entire cap off, not knowing that the needle was actually inside the cap. Whoops #rookieerror! He played one of the records I bought and it sounded beautiful. I ended up purchasing more records, and they gave me a 10% discount for all the fuss around. Thank you!

Ben was extremely helpful and talked me through everything with the right amount of pace and respect, as this was a new purchase for me. He let me know to always ask for help, because that's what they're there for, and I'll make sure to take that on next time. I will definitely be going back to the Carseldine JB HI FI store in future.

If you come here for movies. Then you'll be disappointed. Easily one of the worst selections in brisbane and it surrounding areas. Staff are nice though.

Internet says store open at 9.30am on Sunday. What a waste of time sitting outside for no good reason as door says store is not open til 10am

Friday afternoon and I've had aissue with a return. So as per the policy on the return side of the receipt I troubleshoot it with the manufacture, to no good help in resolving the issue. As I was told to do by the manufacturer, was to return the faulty item for a refund, replacement and the hostility that ii received from a large man named Benjamin a very large statured man at about 150kg and six foot seven was play the critical solution that it was just a update not a software problem, then I'm told repeatedly I'm wrong and we can not give a resolution to the problem that you want. Very disappointed and frustrating, I expect a lot more from customer service.

My husband bought a wonderful Smart watch (Samsung Lte- great deal) from Adam at Carseldine store.
Hopefully the watch is as great as we are expecting however the service from Adam was exemplary and must be noted. He gave his un divided attention and expertise. From advice, answering questions, help with changing phone carrier (needed Telstra who were trying!) to assistance setting up the watch it was a most pleasurable experience. Thankyou Adam.

This store used to be really good. But yesterday went to get iPad accessories. The support that I got from technician really bad.

Staff are great lots of products, clean store. I didn't get his name but the big guy in the tech department was so nice and very knowledgeable and helpful. The second time I've met him and he really knows his stuff and goes above and beyond. I hope you're paying him well JB Hi-Fi good staff like him are hard to find.

I have been here many times and always found the staff to be helpful. In 2018 I purchased an OLED TV which was delivered on behalf of JB several days later with possible damage, the store manager, with no hesitation, organised for a replacement to be delivered to me the same day. I can not fault them on service and have made many purchases here over the years

Had the product I needed. Service was better than some JB Stores.possibly due to it being quite at the time.

Staff is very helpful n caring, I went to buy a TV they explained me everything about the new technology n helped me make a decision

Went to JB to buy dishwasher waited for service, then had to ask for service.sales guy was quiet friendly and arrogant.had a chat about item and price only could give $5 discount. Told me they are the sole distributor cannot get a better deal. Went to opposition got $25 discount extra year warranty and free delivery on item (beko dishwasher)
