Friendly and helpful staff. Stupid place for a checkout. Would have given 5 stars but for the idiot position of the checkout.

A little tired of this particular store. Had issues here before just with basic service, and now at 25 minutes past 5 I get turned away from the locked door trying to pick something up because obviously they want to try and get everyone out and finished by 5: 30pm. Although I understand that must be frustrating, they should close at 5pm if that’s the case but - if you say you are open you are open. All systems say at 5: 25pm the store is open. Just reminds me to spend more time on Amazon.com.

Went to JB HIFI Carseldine today and bought a new TV. Thank you Kurt and Terry for your amazing service, particularly Kurt what an asset to your team, you are what customer service is all about!

Matt went out of his way to meet me and give me a cellphone I had paid for, as it had to be transferred from another store. I couldn't get there before their closing time on the day, but needed the phone to give to my daughter the next morning for her birthday. Because of this incredible customer service JB Hi-Fi Carseldine will always be my first port of call for any tech items! Well done Matt!

Got new Samsung. OMG forgot what a pain it is setting up and transferring, as not all transfers. You still need to download some apps

Waited for 20 minutes and got ignored. 2 to 3 staff stood together chatting and did not once asked if we needed assistance. We came down for nothing. Should have got it from Office Work. Very disappointed. Even a little got upset as we wanted to get her a watch. Lost some gadgets sell. But guess JB does not care.

Not enough staff on during the weekend being EOFY they should have the appropriate number of staff available

Big JB store with friendly and knowledgeable Staff.

Parking can make visiting a little hazardous entering/exiting the JB Car Park with confusing Giveaway signs & lack of Pedestrian access from other surrounding big stores.

4.8 stars. Good customer service and frequent store-wide sales. I recently purchased a headset with a default discount and a giftcard with no issues whatsoever, which certainly surprised me.

THIS STORE DOESN'T PRICE MATCH.
We called this store on Saturday 10th July at 2.30pm. We had gone to Big W Strathpine to pick up a Nintendo Switch, only to find that they had sold it. Called JB, they had it in stock. Asked if they would to PRICE MATCH the opposition. I quoted Target and Big W stores were I could get the item. No good, refused to price match.
Quote "Our price promise
We will enthusiastically match the price of an identically stocked competitor product. "

Came in on a Sunday afternoon looking at a new TV, it was delivered to our house just before 6pm! Didn’t expect that to happen but it was great service. We were happy with the deal and the sales experience.

Unfortunately the customer service was awful. I waited some time for someone to approach me but to no avail, then after approaching someone (who turned-out to be a storeman, but promised to issue an alert to my need) - I returned to wait a further 20+ minutes, but again to no avail.

Although there was quite a waiting period for me. It was worth it, as the assistant really made the time explaining and presenting me with a number of options. So I would say yes good interaction. But I believe the waiting period could have been shortly by one of other assistants. Overall, satisfied!

Took way to long for some on to serve me as i waited 20 mins then went and asked someone to send help in the appliance department only to wait another 20 mins for a guy not to show up. Another staff memember finished up with a couple and i pretty much sold the item to myself as i didnt want to wait around any longer as i had my son with me. In the end Teddy got everything sorted but maybe you could do with more staff or more staff wanting to help, it didnt look very busy

They have got a wide range of products. What impressed me more was the lady who served me. She was so helpful and had genuine smiles. Though she didn't know much about the product, she made sure to get me someone who does.

Great service price and product availability. A pleasant surprise. Bought TV and dishwasher with fabulous customer service. Very reasonable delivery costs also.

They had what I needed, at a reasonable price. Just don't go there expecting service of any sort without having to actually go and ask for it. Appalling is the only way to describe it. Though I suppose non-existent would also work.
It's a box store electronics shop. It's no better or worse than most other places you can buy the same product at the same price.

I would say they have bad service but I couldn't get anyone to serve me. If you have a pocket full of cash and want to buy something don't go to JB hi fi Carseldine you will be disappointed

Ben, the manager, was extremely helpful. I had done my research online but he gently showed me a better way to achieve my goals. Knowledgeable and prepared to spend time with us for even a modest purchase. I couldn’t be more impressed.

Extensive range and a well set up shop. I was looking for a new sound system. I did have to go and find an employee to assist me as they seemed to let me be and assist others around me but once I got someone's attention they were quite helpful.
