I was getting my earphones, xbox controller, a controller adapter and game today. I was served by the man in the games section. He was super helpful and professional; he even got me a discount for some of the stuff. The other customer service representatives were also very helpful too. Thanks guys:)

Keep eyes opened for the sale items. More often you can find some really good bargains. Got my JBL Go @ AUD25. Keeps me going back as they change their offers every now and then.

One stop shop for all electronics item. Check for offers online before visiting the store. If you register you may get a gift voucher as well!

The staff are very friendly and helpful and are willing to answer your questions, and they don’t try and sell you extra stuff at the counter. There is a wide selection of Hi-Fi and Computer related items and is a great store to go to if you need any of these items.

Can sometimes take a while for staff to acknowledge you but are often very friendly with a good range of products.

Electronics superstore. Electronics stuff, so MUCH. Prices seem reasonable. Staff helpful, if a little busy.

Always a great place to shop for electrical, small home appliances, computers and accessories. Generally reasonably priced.

The staff here at this store really love what they do and are genuinely dedicated to looking after the customer and doing the best deal they can. My recent laptop purchase proved to be an awesome deal and really appreciative for the informative and enthusiastic staff member who looked after me from start to end. Extremely pleased.

Great service and prices but my advice is to ask different staff about the same device as you will get a different and personal opinion which really helped me.

Hi-Tech store you can always count on for buying electronic. Get the e-news to know some sale products. It is very worth to buy.

I bought an item that was selling for less but had been ticked for good condition. Unfortunately it was missing a part. I went straight back and told them the situation. They apologised and gave me a brand new pair for no extra cost. The customer service was quick and friendly. Despite the mistake, the service will have me coming back.

The staff was nice and friendly and the store was neat and orderly. However, there was no lift access to the store and the stairs were quite steep

Store is like any other JB however would have liked to flag down a staff member to help with phone query but those in the area were either busy already with other customers (totally fine) or just not wanting to help.

I ordered a click and collect item. I received an email to say it was ready for collection. When I got there the item was no where to be found. The girl at the front counter had to call for help. About 10 minutes late the help she called for arrived with the item. Neither one ever really apologised for my time lost that I will never see again

I love the variety and the prices they have. But, as a photographer, I know their photography related products are no cheaper than the other stores.

Great range of electronics. Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located in the area of Queen Street Mall, down a flight of stairs. There is another outlet nearby in the Queen Adelaide Building beyond Jay Jays.

Couldn't match price of keyboard from office works. Sales person wasn't very friendly, too arrogant.
