JB is very unprofessional. My National Police Check is all around my house. I do not have a criminal history. You treated my husband and myself like one when we came in to your store on Boxing day. My neighbours lied to you for their sake. I lodged a code of conduct complaint about them.

Very poor service. Very rude staff. Was returning a gift that was not 100% which I had purchased as a gift at Christmas. The staff member proceeded to tell me that as the packaging had no damage on it the product could not be damaged. Not sure why she thought she could justify the damage in this way. Would think twice about shopping in this particular store again due to the customer service. Went to the Queen Street store and the experience was excellent.

Will not go to that store again. Customer service is very bad. Instead of helping 3 people are yelling at the same time. I felt like a criminal over there. Not worth spending our hard working money to pay these kind of people. No manner and so unhelpful. Giving them one star as what I went to buy, due to their bad behaviour I decided to back off and when to office works got that product $50 less. So instead of paying 249 with the bad customer service paid 199 with awesome customer service and welcoming staff at office works.

Busy place in the city. Some unusual sales practices though. Apprently you can't buy a 5G phone from them unless you also buy a phone contact! Prices shown on the items are not correct and staff needs to look up the recent prices (was told that those on the website are correct). Has most items on display so you can give it a try. Once wanted to checkout a phone, which was not connected to a charger, but staffer told me its not his section so can't help.
If you are a gadget addict, this is a place to checkout some stuff though. Staff tries to be helpful and is very polite so I think it's a mgt issue.

The stairways down is so uncomfortable to get in. Hope jb hifi will look after that. But yeah, really friendly and helpful staff.

This place is a joke. I went in to buy the latest iPhone, the only staff member I could find was too busy snap chatting with his mates and told me to wait over there. How about you get off your phone and provide some service? !

Don't often visit this store but today (16/12/20), I needed to get a secret Santa gift under $10 and one young lady in particular was super helpful and took the time to have a chat with me to narrow down my purchase (a Jaws mug of you must know). Because of her friendly attitude, also ended up making another unrelated purchase.

Excellent customer service is the key to bringing in & retaining customers.

Has a decent range of smash controllers, just beware the official GameCube controllers need the adapter which is sold out until possibly march next year, pdp and hori controllers are fine without it.

So so bad!
Purchased a Xmas present online.
Took them a week to send me an out of stock email them a week to refund.

Store is a bit cluttered compared to rest of the JB HiFi stores. But can't expect a big store when it is located in the City.

Wrost staff ever I have experienced in my life! Very rude and assist me like they working so forcefully! This store members don’t even deserve half star! Wrost store in the town

Convenient spot all the useuall JB product's, knowledgeable staff and was more than competitive on price for a Pixel 3 XL

The staff here are epic. They've helped me a lot when my items are broken (unlike a Mt Gravatt store).

Has basically any tech you need. If not in store, you ca always find more stuff on their website. Prices here are really good and I'm pretty sure you can price match here

The stairs are quite steep and the shop can often look a bit in disarray with so much stuff on display. I don't like the way the laptop sharks are over assertive.

Worst JB-Hifi in town. People who work there just don't care about you. The store is very badly organized!

The worst part, they just don't consider you from the start! Their street ad is just full of lies: "always cheapest prices" and when you prove them that you can find cheaper somewhere else (Harvey Norman for example) they will just give any reason not to price match!

Not recommended at all!

There are not many varieties of products. The prices are little bit steep and there is no afterpay available. The service at peak time isn't great and we had to wait for 10 min before someone actually helped us for a sale.

It's a good store. JB is always the go to for tech. But the sales dude I spoke to failed to understand what I wanted. I went in for a pair of noise cancelling headphones. He was really thorough in educating me all about the tech. Like I knew everything I needed to know about noise cancelling headphones, and more, after talking to him for about 10 minutes. But he kept trying to sell me really over-the-top expensive headphones. Yea, I'm not about to drop over $400 bucks on a pair. I just want to hear Netflix on the bus. So I went to Big W and got the latest JBL noises canceling headphones for $150 bucks. If he spent more time trying to understand what I was after instead of upselling, he may have made a sale.

Easy research on the net. Placed the order online. They called to confirm identity and order to minimize fraud. Organized delivery with minimal fuss 2hr time window. Polite crew delivered good. Good overall user experience! Verdict: Recommended

Advertise products they do not sell. Prices are exorbitant and shop layout is very poor. Give the store a miss altogether unless you have a gift card or some other reason.
