JB Hi-Fi

After a horrendous experience at the Kedron store, I was so pleased to be looked after by Jade and her colleagues at the Albert St store. They were friendly, helpful and assisted me with my faulty item really quickly, and didn't make me feel like a liar or like I was inconveniencing them with my request. Even just overhearing them dealing with other customers, the team seem genuinely happy in their jobs and treat every customer with courtesy, respect and are welcoming. Would highly recommend going to them for your next JB Hi Fi purchase. Thank you for taking such good care of me

Staff are heavy handed when dealing with almost everything. Paid 29.95 for a brand new Blu ray that some peanut ran a knife through when opening the box they came in. They obviously have absolutely no training in stock handling. Double check anything purchased for damage before taking it home. Especially if in lockdown as it's disheartening.

I wasn't even sure if you guys have a KPI thing to achieve or not, but when someone don't want to make any more additional purchase, just let them. It is so annoying. I went in to get an iPad Air because it's on offer. The sales assistant was nice but he keep guilt tripping me when i dont want to make any additional protection like casing or screen protector. I already say no for a few times.and he keep saying "really? " "you sure? " "no protection for your ipad? The screen is fragile" etc. So i ended up got the PaperLike screen protector and he gave me discount on that. Ngl, i don't like the screen protector! At least it's not my preference. It keep leaving my fingerprint on it and it looks so dirty all the time! I cant even return it ugh.eBay or Amazon has it even better! JUST DONT GUILT TRIP UR CUSTOMER.

Was not very helpful with informations on product I was looking for, maybe it was near closing time and the product I was asking wasn't their strong selling product (DJI drone).

I have been here and bought a mobile phone of Samsung Glaxay A42, the price pretty reasonable than other shop.

I have been shopping here for years. The staff are always helpful, very attentive and know about the products they are selling

OMG I love this store, could spend hours walking around checking eletronics specs. Short lines for payments, look out for sales, I paid $250 in a modem that regular price was about $550. But regular price usually is slightly above avg.

The place to go if you're looking for electronics in town, always have good offers and the staff are helpful if you have any specific questions, personally speaking I am a recurring customer.

We had to Visit this store today to claim a warranty on a headset we bought from them. We were welcomed with a big smile and request to assist us as we stepped in the store by Warren I believe he’s the manager, his body language was super genuine and every step of the process was very flow and very professional. We felt special and very welcomed despite that we are there for warranty not to purchase.
Warren is the kind of person that give you every reason to come back and purchase from his store.

Big Liars and disgraceful. I’m speechless. Will never buy from them again READ THIS
I was purchasing a monitor on the last day of New Year Sales. They said they cannot sell it because they can’t find cables but will hold the item for me with the same price until they order cables. I followed up a few times and eventually 2-3 weeks later (Mid-Late January 2021) I was told don’t worry, we get it soon and even if we don’t get it in the next few days we will get the same monitor for you from another store or will give you an equivalent with the same price.
They then called me a few days later and said we don’t have cables so cannot sell to you and we just sent back the monitor to the supplier.
They did not offer me that monitor from another store with the same price as they promised.
They did not offer me another equivalent monitor with the same price as they promised.
I wrote to their head office about what happened, but they never cared to respond to me.
I went there on 2nd week of March (months later) and the monitor was still there but of course back to full price. So they lied that it was sent back to the Supplier. They probably just didn’t want to sell it to me with the sale price.

Came in store today for some more information about my Smart Home set-up.
Ended up extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and rather upset about the service I received from some young, blonde bloke with a serious attitude problem!

Thanks for an unforgettable experience at your store, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Unbelievably great service from the Manager. (didn't catch his name). He was very approachable and went out of his way to provide me with the product I needed. Very happy with the service. Thank you

One stop shop for all you tech needs. This store is located right in the middle of the CBD. Though its not the biggest JB Hi-fi outlet in Birsbane, it definitely has a wide range of stock. Though, the store doesnt a large collection of home appliances like refrigerators, that is understandable given the location of the store.
The staffs are particularly friendly. They are knowledgeable about the products. This facilitates the customer to take an informed decision.
The price match and other quintessential JB HiFi services are available here too. The manager gave me a price match on a product which dropped price 15 days after my purchase.
Would definitely recommend 'tthis' store over the other two JB HiFi's in the central business district.
