Foundation Education (RTO 22557)

Angel kindly marked my WWCC satisfactory however I have been waiting weeks for other units to actually be marked and on several occasions had to call and online chat to ask for my work to be marked.
I believe my 2 units for my cert 3 is more important than marking a picture of my WWCC for my cert 4.

Chrissy is a very thoughtful person who puts a of into how to answer my question when I am called, Emma Chapman, she presents the explaining my question of assignment/assessment material. Her lessons were useful and was very patient and always encouraging the students. I would highly recommend this foundation education to anyone interested in learning

While the course work was reasonably enjoyable, i found on multiple occasions that contacting the teachers/ student services was not only difficult but i was consistently left with days and sometimes weeks with no reply. This made it difficult to meet deadlines as i wasn’t given much assistance. In the future, a more collaborative environment would assist students in their course work by providing them with more support as well as different perspectives on the course work.
