Angel kindly marked my WWCC satisfactory however I have been waiting weeks for other units to actually be marked and on several occasions had to call and online chat to ask for my work to be marked.
I believe my 2 units for my cert 3 is more important than marking a picture of my WWCC for my cert 4.

Worse place. I cancelled my course I was doing and they are still charging me when I have cancelled less than 5 days. This place is the WORST

My experience with Foundation Education has been extremely disappointing. I expressed my concerns and hesitation to the salesperson, but they rushed me into signing up for the course without providing a clear explanation that we were signing a contract, including the terms and conditions and the cooling-off period.

After enrolling, I discovered numerous issues with the course content and organisation. The quality did not meet my expectations. I found that others have faced similar problems, with payments mishandled by debt collectors and no proper response or refund offered during the cooling-off period.

To make matters worse, Foundation Education made a mistake by falsely colleting my information.

When I tried to cancel my enrollment and payment plan, the company insisted that I continue making payments or face debt collectors. They displayed a complete disregard for any valid reasons for cancellation and were unresponsive to my concerns, leaving me feeling deceived and powerless as a consumer.

I hope that this review serves as a warning to others considering Foundation Education's services. It is crucial to thoroughly review the terms and conditions and conduct thorough research on the course provider before making any commitments.

If you are dissatisfied with their courses, you can file a complaint with the Australian Skills Quality Authority. Additionally, if you believe you have experienced misleading sales practices or deceptive conduct, you can lodge a complaint with ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Conduct) and Fair Work Australia. Also, if you have had a bad experience with Foundation Education, don’t forget to review them across different media platforms to let the public know about their behaviour.

We’re gathering people who have faced Foundation Education’s disrespectful behaviour towards their customers together to take action. Feel free to reach out to us as we unite against their unethical practices.

I would never recommend anyone do a course with these guys. When you first sign up you are made to sign a contract stating that if you decided not to go ahead with the course after the 5 day cooling off period then you are liable to pay the full cost of the course, this is ok except they don't explain how in depth the assesments are. I am a full time worker with a 6 month old and 11 year old and do not possibly have time to complete all the assessments they ask for. I have done a university degree which does not have as many parts to assessments as this. No body contacts you to see how you are going or to help, if you need anything at all you need to contact them. I was told sorry you can withdraw from the course but you are to pay the $5000+ remaining. Why am I paying so much money for an online resource with no contact from anybody. There are cheaper providers out there that also let you withdraw at no further cost if your circumstances change. Do not sign uo to do a course with these guys they are only after your money!

Hi guys, do not study with them. They are just money hungry people, no support is given I join the course with them back in last year, then my situation was different, I was having job and no kid, I was able to afford a course fee.now my situation is different. Told them in writing so many times. I do not wish to continue the course due to my financial issues, health I just had a kid. My first priority is my newly born kid. I have raises this issues with them so many times via email and phone call since last year. But they’re still trying to take money out of my account every week. And now they are threatening me with over-dues notices.

Not a good experience, at all, and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Although I didn’t have a good experience, shout of to Tara (Clara?) who was one of the most kind and supportive helper, telling me to never give up!

This is why I’m giving 1 star:

-The communications with the markers and student support regarding a question with an assignment is very un organised. I asked for help and I completed it, but the feed back the markers gave is something totally different, meaning I have to re-write everything.
-The wait time for an assessment is very long. Especially during the finishing touches of my Log book: I only had 1 thing to change, and it took them about 2 weeks to finally check it. Why? It’s literally just one question, everything is the same, nothing but the 1 question is the difference I just can’t understand it.
-The course overall had many grammar errors in the teaching side, and many links are expired or send me to an error when I only wanted to learn more.so plz fix that…
-After finishing my course, I requested a hard copy, paid for it, and am still waiting for it… I asked for this about 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting. They told me they can’t tell me the time it will be done so I guess, keep waiting.
-The staff should be more cheerful. I talked to one of the guys in the Finance and he sounded so slow and depressed. I felt sad talking to him.

Overall, I didn’t rlly have a great experience here, and I’m glad to have finished (well.still waiting for the hard copy.)

Thanks.

I will never use Foundation Education again for training my staff. Very unprofessional and unethical finance department. Poor customer service. Use alternatives and make sure you pay attention to so may single star reviews from other customers.

If i could give negative starts I would. I signed up to a course with these guys not being advised that there is a 5 day grace period and due to unforeseen circumstances i can no longer do the course. I have tried to contact them to negotiate paying for the course in smaller direct debits but so far they have ignored me. They don't provide the support they rave about, all they want is money. I am warning everyone, please don't go for these guys they are absolutely vile and don't care about you.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Bad company! I would NEVER recommend them. They rush you to sign up. Tell you your deposit is fully refundable BUT IT ISNT. Read the contract. In small print it tells you you are liable to pay $370 admin fee. So that’s your deposit plus more. They don’t tell you that while your signing up. Said that the course I wanted to do was exactly what they had. But IT WASNT. I’m so BLOODY MAD. What a waste of $370. Who can afford that these days? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

This education institute has tried to get money from a girl who was clearly out of her league and apparently is only a 1 week cooling of period.clearly it's about only the money not your education ability as not education ability was tested. This claim was supposedly sorted over a year ago. They are now still pursuing money after nearly a year and the course was virtually cancelled straight away

WOW really we should all take legal action. Seriously soooo many familiar situations here of misleading unprofessionalism it's disgusting how they get away with it. Oh and NEVER take responsibility either. I'm not into jumping through hoops on fire anymore.
I was mislead totally by initial contact.
Do not use Foundation Education as they are money hungry scammers who are NOT there for support and DO NOT reply or support anything.
I complained and got asked for money! As standards where Not up to scratch. Now a few of my colleagues have received full refund out of their so called cooling off period when complaints made.under THE EXACT SAME CIRCUMSTANCES.
Funny how communication picked up when asked to pay full amount when on payment plan after serious complaints made.they can't even speak English half of the time.and this is an Australian certified courses.
I feel used abused and taken total advantage of after RPL supplied. I've been in the dental industry for over 25 years.so U tell me who knows what. I have a life time of degrees under my belt.experience
Let's see if they respond.

Quick response before you not pay yet. More than too slow response after they secured your payment.
Be careful your time and money this institution is rubbish to me

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Have had the WORST experience studying with this company. They changed my course three times without asking. I also was unable to study for awhile as they said I was unable to complete the cert as the government was changing something which could’ve resulted in me not being able to complete. Fast forward 3 months they say it’s fine to continue the study. However due to their TERRIBLE communication and services they did not offer to extend the course, even tho it was terrible communication on their end I then receive an SMS yesterday saying they have a 10% sale if I wanted to extend my course. It is also unlawful and illegal for a course to refuse a refund if they have not provided you with a correct service, care and quality of course they said they would provide and in this case I have not received what was promised. When calling to speak with management they love mentioning the CONTRACT however they will take advantage of the contract and change it to suit themselves
I never do reviews however, if I could stop one person not making the same mistake as myself and paying thousands to give foundation education, then I’d be happy. As someone else has stated, this company cares all about the money and does not care about your education. I am overall disgusted in this company, I should’ve read this reviews before I stupidly signed up for the cert IV in dental.

If I could give no starts I would. I was placed on a payment plan, during as such I experienced FV and was forced to uproot my life. When I asked what assistance was available they stated that I need to pay $250 a fortnight until paid off, I stated that I couldn’t pay that much and explained my situation, was rudely hung up on 4 times, I offered to pay a little bit each month until I could afford to pay more I was told that it needed to be $250 dollars or they were referring me to a debt collector.

Don’t waste your time go with a company who is actually considerate.

As a trainer of Dental Assistants and a Manager within a dental practice, the level of support from this company for both its students and the people supporting them in their work placements is poor. I am still awaiting a response from them for why a student just failed to turn up after the first couple of weeks. Time and effort is invested into students at a workplace and this company has no practical offerings of its own so it relies heavily on workplaces. The lack of respect is unprofessional.

SCAMMERS ALL OF YOU, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THEY'LL GHOST YOU WHEN YOU SIGN UP! I CAN'T CANCEL MY ENROLMENT WITHIN THE COOLING OFF PERIOD!

EDIT: Now they're harassing me with debt collectors. I've never seen such a parasitic company that craves money this much.

I enrolled, cancelled the very next day (eligible for refund), they ignore my calls, e-mails and texts and wait until the cooling off period has passed before they contact you again saying that you're no longer eligible for refund.pathetic.

Edit: after a whole year of harassment from them and their debt collectors, I gave in and paid them. I don't understand how they can continue scamming students and get away with it. They deserve no respect.

We have been very very disappointed with Foundation Education. My daughter shortly after starting a course with Foundation was diagnosed with a medical condition which prevented her from continuing with the course now or into the future. Our request for understanding of her situation regarding a refund has been met by a long and unsatisfactory complaints process which has resulted in them showing no empathy or flexibility at all. My daughter is now in a position where she is substantially out of pocket (which is money she cannot afford) through no fault of her own!
