I am finishing my course in up coming week but I really want to appreciate Lara here. She is the one very supportive and friendly throughout my course. I need to extend my course for two times and everytime she was very helpful and understood my situation very well. She is very quick to answer my queries whenever I need help.

I recently had the pleasure of liaising with Angela regarding with my Cert IV in Education Support. Angela was extremely efficient and polite and resolved my query in a very timely manner.

Jane R.was very polite and helpful in my recent inquiry regarding an assignment question in my Dental Assisting course. Angel kindly marked my WWCC satisfactory however I have been waiting weeks for other units to actually be marked and on several occasions had to call and online chat to ask for my work to be marked.
I believe my 2 units for my cert 3 is more important than marking a picture of my WWCC for my cert 4.

Always there to help me. I talked with a lot of people from Foundation Education and all of them were nice and friendly. They're also helping me with my queries. I asked for a priority marking as I need that to one of my assessments and I was able to receive it. Thank you Lara for getting back to me and make it a priority. I had a lovely experience with Jane R via the chat service. Although she wasn't able to directly assist with my query, she was however, able to provide me with information on who to contact that would be able to assist. She was very helpful and made my experience a good one. I appreciate her help.

While the course work was reasonably enjoyable, i found on multiple occasions that contacting the teachers/ student services was not only difficult but i was consistently left with days and sometimes weeks with no reply. This made it difficult to meet deadlines as i wasn’t given much assistance. In the future, a more collaborative environment would assist students in their course work by providing them with more support as well as different perspectives on the course work.

Very friendly assistance from jane R and really appreciated for the information been provided. Thanks for giving so quick response.
