Marie C was a big help today. She was prompt, respectful, gracious and quick to offer solutions and alternate options to my query. The faculty staff were not available via chat to take on my inquiry. Been dealing a lot of issues with Foundation Education. From getting a little help with my course to waiting for almost a week just to get a marking. Its really disappointing. Worse place. I cancelled my course I was doing and they are still charging me when I have cancelled less than 5 days. This place is the WORST
