Marie was honest with informing that staff that could assist me better with my question were not currently available, instead of fumbling around, beating around the bush and me just getting annoyed, but did inform me that she had created a note and marked it as high priority. Marie also told me that i will receive a text message once someone is available on live chat that would also be able to assist me.

Highly recommend, fast responses for marking and help. Easy communication for changing and improving marks. Very simple easy set out. Very appropriate and kind communication.

I felt the importance that she wants me to complete my course. She encouraged me that there is a very nice team who will help me with my course, and just one call away.
