Very rude reception staff. Booked an appointment but the receptionist didn't actually book it in. Luckily I called about another issue otherwise I would've turned up to a non existing appointment. Was also told to come in to collect a doctors certificate and there's none! No apology or anything just blunt rudeness.

The actual doctors are amazing! Very supportive and they listen!

I've been going here for several years and haven't had any problems. Wait times are quick and I've always been diagnosed correctly. I usually only see Dr Tham who is super friendly and helpful. Their skin specialist is also very good too. Would recommend!

Extremely Bad… I was prescribed 2 cycles of antibiotics for a viral infection. Antibiotics aren’t for viral infections they are for bacterial infections. I was sick for four months because the antibiotics weakened my immune system. I will never trust a doctor again after my experience here. They just write you a prescription and get rid of you as quickly as possible. Over paid and under qualified

Prescribed my pregnant partner the wrong medication and now im writing the review from the ER.also told me i had a wort on my face when i had a concern.went and paid for a skin check and came back positive for skin cancer.i always get the same doctor by some bad luck.
