Worst medical experience I have ever had, on 2 of the 3 times I have been into receive treatment I was rushed and told to leave because we had gone over our "time limit" without finishing my treatment. And now today I was seen by a doctor who had me in his office literally less then 2 mins (door open to door close 90 seconds) whom had said ok thats it, without even providing dignosis or treatment untill i prompted him how am i to proceed with my care from here? I got a "get cough syrup, okay (bye) " this practice clearly only cares about the number of bulk medicare claims they can make per hour, and definitely not for their patients. Truly a said state of affairs, furthermore the treatment was so poor, I would actually say them claiming bulk billing on the session is both ethically and financially fraudulent, for professionals whom have swore to cause no harm, you've really let yourselves down, and the community too. I am so dissapointed because i know low income families have no option then to receive your sub par treatment.

Dr Vu Tran is absolutely terrible. I was giving him my history of medical conditions he wasn't listening, looking away at the wall and not at the MRI results I was going through. He was helpful and not interested in learning areas he doesn't know. Went to him as his blurb says he specialises in chronic pain and then he says to me that mine is too complex. Waste of time, incompetent and uncompassionate

Hi Dr Chin mate you saved my life by identifying that I had a heart attack and sent me to the PA where I had a quadruple by pass thank you once again

The best practice I have ever attended. From the. Courteous respectful front staff to my doctor and the nurses. Hands down best care ever

Absolutely disgusted with this practice, been here over 20 years and never had any issues but they cannot even get an appointment time correct, then to sit here and listen to the 2 receptionists converse and laugh at how unhappy I was, then put me in as a walk in most likely not even getting in before my incorrect appointment time over an hour away. They never run on time either but the penalise us if we are late

I have been yesterday visiting the center the first time. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The Dr. Listened and helped me with my questions. Since they are having a team of expearance Dr, as I found out I will go back, especially it is nearby from where I live view in the waiting room pleasant atmosphere

I have been on the lookout for a nice lady doctor, so glad I found Dr Roy. She is very genuine and caring, and is very skilled. Really hope she stays long term.

I am very happy with Dr Flemming, she’s wonderful. However I’m so sick of the rude staff who answer the phone. If you hate your job, LEAVE! Don’t ruin other people’s day by speaking to them the way you do like we have done something wrong! You should not be working there! Next time I’ll be listening out for your name! I wouldn’t be back if it wasn’t for my Dr I see!

Great service and always open whenever we need them. Sometimes i have to wait to get treatment but that isn't suppising as it is a widely used practice. I was able to get access to a nurse for vaccinations here too, as well as blood tests etc.

Brought our 2yo in with spotty rash and were told definitely not chicken pox and prescribed antihistamines. An hour later at a different doctor they diagnosed likely chicken pox immediately and arranged tests plus told to quarantine. Very disappointed with poor diagnosis, lack of care could have led to spreading chicken pox in the community if we hadn't pursued further. This is the last straw - we will never return to this practice.

My husband had been a regular at this clinic so he introduced us. Long wait times. Rude practice manager (Jean) who hung the phone on me for questioning her rudeness. Called organised appointment to which she made me Waite over an hour to punish me. Complained to the owner Dr Chin. Nothing happened. I decided to give them another go to which I was told due to missing 2 appointments over 10 months ago I no longer can book appointments instead I can do a walk in which means waiting even longer time. No thanks. Going to another clinic and moving my whole family and friends. FYI never missed an appointment and since the date they are accusing me I made sure to double check my appointments so they don't accuse me again. Poor practice stay away.

We live locally and have been attending this practise for over 10 years, aside from 1 pretty ordinary doctor - who we just refuse to accept appointments with now, we have had a great experience here. New doctors - Nuttal and Van are great so too Dr Rolfe.

Sorry to hear that Nurettin, I've been going to that practice for many years. I've never had a problem.
Tracey (as you've decided to single out, I'm sure there's a slander issue there?) has gone above and beyond her role as receptionist for me, my wife and children.
I've stood behind people like you before who tell their life stories to the desk staff. They have to book you in and that's it. I for one, and the rest of the waiting room don't give a toss about your life story! They are receptionists trying to book you in as quickly as they can.
Clicking on your name I can see that you've complained about other practices as well. A serial whinger?

I wish i could vote zero! The lady who answer the phone-called Tracey- instead of helping us she was bossing us! They expect us to be nice with them but she wasn't nice at all.cutting us while talking didn't let us to ask question about which doctor is working. We asked about one doctor she said not working then about to ask other doctor. She just cut us and said it doesn't matter who is working you have to be here before 12pm. Otherwise we can't take you in. Its not the first time we are being punished by them! This is her job to help people right! We are not customers, we are patients who need help! Ever time they find something to shout on us! Maybe you should better find younger people who still has patient!

Been going here for over 10 years. Can get busy even with several doctors so booking is essential. Now have a Skin Specialist 3 days per week.

Been going there for over 10 years. Always have had very good service and patient care for my whole family. It can get busy so an appointment rather than walking in would be recommended.

This is a terrific medical centre. From the staff at the front desk to the nurses in the treatment area to the amazing doctors there I see Dr Van and the amazing Dr Heidi Rolfe. You will not regret using their services.

Dr Alex Loo is a amazing Doctor. After months of seeing another GP for chronic pain caused by a neck injury. I stumbled upon Dr Loo trying to seek a medical certificate because I couldn't get into see my normal GP. He is kind and helpful along with the reception staff which are accomodating and friendly whenever I walk in. He didn't refer me off to a specialist I couldn't afford and he is making huge steps in my pain management. Just seeing Dr Loo frequently provides me with peace that my injury is being looked after! Thank you Dr Loo.
