This place needs a good clean out from there biatch infestation. It is pretty rotten. There is a very rotten culture their. Places like this shouldn't be allowed to operate.

Worst medical centre, just read the reviews. The doctors and incompetent and the reception staff are rude and pretty useless. You are better off playing Russian Roulette than going there.

I don’t like using this word. This surgery is useless. The receptionist is super rude. The doctors are blank. Took my son there a few times on public holidays. Called and they refused us to come in. Our gp was closed. My Son had a temp for a two days. Coughing. Very unwell. It’s not the first time. They have refused my son antibiotics twice now. Went to our gp the next day. He was put on steroids and antibiotics.

Tested negative. Said they don’t take rap tests. Wouldn’t let us in. This is after Easter. Got a phone call from a “DR” and he said put black currant juice with cold milk that will fix it! Are you serious?

They need to close this practice. They won’t even write you a script for antibiotics. Shame on you guys for putting children through more sickness. Now my son is still sick and have to wait to see our gp in the morning. Don’t waste your time.

They just don’t treat people. Why is it open?

I love my doctor here, but I can not stand the receptionists and their never ending power trips. Rude, ignorant and behave like Total divas who cant listen over the sound of their own incompetence. I've been to this clinic for years, and have watched a snow ball effect of downward professionalism, especially as covid took effect. I wish my doctor would move clinics. This place is turning into a circus of contempt and even neglect. Pfft.

Terrible they do not listen therefore are not equipped to know what is best for anyone.
Don’t just take my word for it, go observe it for yourself how bad it is, if they value their patients health this would be reflected in at least one aspect, however from making the appointment till long after. In my experience with myself and my family they don’t care for your health I would only attend this place If you need a something basic, not recommended for anything of genuine concern

Horrible horrible admin staff. Everything to do with running this place is badly run from the rotten head doctor and head admin to the incapable doctors. Some staff try to be good and helpful but they are always run over by all the horrible negative issues. I have been there a number of times and at least half the time something gets screwed up, from being misdiagnosed to urgent referrals and prescription never being delivered where they need to go. This whole practice is a health disaster.

I wish I could give zero star. This medical practice is a joke. I arrived at the clinic with a burn (by hot oil). I was refused of firs aid. The doctor didn't eve n have a look nor she offered any advise. I understand it's almost time to close up. They don't seem to care about your medical condition. I'm surprised that this practice can still be operational after so many complaints on bedside manners. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Doctors only care getting you in and out of their office in less than 2mins. Won’t let you get a word or tell you diagnosis, they just write a script then say “okay okay okay okay”. Management didn’t care and was rude! I’m done with this office! Other practices are miles beyond this place, even in Woodridge!

My partner returned to this medical clinic for ongoing help. Doctor didn’t take blood pressure, temp and only looked in his ear because he insisted. She refused medication or even pain relief. Absolutely disgraceful, as I’m now having to take him to the hospital. The medical system is already chocked up with covid etc, maybe a little empathy and investigation would ease it up! Shame on you and I personally would rather suffer than return to this doctor clinic!

Most useless pack of "medical professionals". They don't really seem to listen to your problems. In my last couple of visits, I've left disappointed with your services. Would be nice if they actually took the time to listen and have some care rather than getting you in and out the door in record time. Reception seems to be getting colder too. If you want genuine medical care I'd find some where else to go.

Tried to make an appointment to get a script for heart medication. Explained situation to receptionist that I needed script as I had run out of medication. Could not get a booking till late next evening! Was offered to come in and wait. Receptionist very rude and unprofessional and just hung up in my ear! I had been put on hold for 10 minutes prior. I was polite and simply needed a script. Was not offered a phone consultation or opportunity to have script faxed or emailed to me as their message suggests when put on hold! Very disappointed at this response!

Tried to book an appointment but no one answers the phone, I am greeted buy some Covid answering message. And yes, the website says they are open. This centre has really dropped their standards to a new low level. Dont waste your time here, I wont be anymore!

If only I could give 0 stars. The worst medical care centre! The receptionists are always SO RUDE even though I’m always polite. They even hang up on you sometimes! I have seen 3 different doctors over the past 5 years and they all have rushed me out in less than a few minutes! They won’t address more than one medical concern in an appointment and don’t explain anything to you. As if that wasn’t enough, the manager is the worst. What a miserable and rude woman! No wonder the place is so awful. I just had my first appointment today at a different practice in Loganholme, I was shocked at how well they treated me! Go somewhere else for the love of god!

Rudest receptionist ever! Would not answer the phone, so I drove down to book an appointment, there were literally two people in the reception area, when I questioned why they didn't answer the phone, she said it was too busy. I tried to book an appointment but she said they had none available for 2 days. I urgently needed to see a doctor and asked if there were any other options available, the receptionist (bit of a stretch) said I should try a home doctor, when I called the number she gave me I found out it was the 13 cabs number. What a b***h! If you hate your job do something else!

Very bad service.rude reception staff.was emergency with my daughter eye n asked for appointment in the afternoon anytime.but she said fully booked can't help.told her it's urgent n she needs to see the doctor.still said no we are fully booked

Went to see Dr Van on
4 Dec 21 and he was fantastic. He successfully treated my left eye. I WOULD RECCOMMEND ANYONE TO SEE Dr Van. THANK YOU Dr Van!

3 separate times I've called ahead to ask if they're talking walk-ins. Each time was told yes over the phone and then told no when we got there. How hard is it to just say no walk ins today? Absolute waste of time

Sometimes I just wonder how these woman that are at the reception have there jobs still.
There tone of voice is either just rude or uninterested in helping you.

The fact that they sigh everytime you ask them a question. Jesus Christ you’d think they weren’t even interested in the job they have with the way they act towards clients.

I’d suggest getting new receptions that are happy with their jobs or Atleast can be polite to clients.

Called up to book an appointment for iron infusion as per my doctors instructions and was very rudely told that i can't book in with my doctor as she does not do iron infusions. I tried to explain that my doctor told me to call and make the appointment with her but the receptionist (who refused to give her name before rudely hanging up on me) told me the same story with a very disrespectful attitude. I then asked her with a very calm voice if she could possibly talk to my doctor to ask her about it, the receptionist replied 'i don't need to ask! She doesn't do them'. After feeling left very confused and absolutely bullied by this receptionist i tried to book in the infusion with the '' only doctor'' that did it at the practise but was unable due to conflicting schedules. So i told the receptionist that ill just leave it for now and then asked her name. With the same rude attitude she said 'we don't give names' and then hung up the phone on me. I called back and got the same receptionist, when she said 'can i put you on hold? ' I said, 'no just tell me your name so i know who gave me this information'. She very sarcastically replied 'i wasn't even the one talking with you' and then hung up the phone on me again. I realised she was trying to get rid of me in any way she could. I called back and thankfully got a different receptionist. I explained that i just wanted some information regarding the iron infusion that i had discussed with my doctor and she was very polite to help me. Not long passed and i received a call from MY doctor apologising for the mix up she then explained to me the miscommunication the staff had. I expressed my frustration about the rude receptionist and she apologised for her actions. I feel that this receptionist is pulling down the whole practise. They have wonderful doctors who have great feedback and their patients love them but are bullied once they get to reception. It is unacceptable. My advise to the rude receptionist who spoke to me is, at the end of a long day at work, do you really want to be going home knowing that you have bullied all these patients and are consistently making other people's lives harder? Maybe you have some personal issues going on that make you the way you are with others, but have you considered that everyone has their own problems and we are in this life together? Why are we fighting when we don't even know each other? What have we done to receive this treatment from you?   I use to work as a medical receptionist and if there's one thing i learnt its that the nicer you are, the easier and quicker you can get to the bottom of a situation. If you are going to be rude you make it worse for both you and your patient. And for the owner of the practise i have this to say, i understand that your priorities for this practise are to see your patients and care for their illnesses and you are not too fussed if anyone puts in a complaint about your reception staff but consider this, when you have unhappy patients and angry staff there is plenty room for medical/life threatening error. You never know how things can end up when your staff are not communicating with patients correctly. It could be a law suit waiting to happen. I'm not saying to sack the receptionist, I'm saying to educate and monitor your staff and you will see a positive change. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

And for the manager/owner who has been replying to these reviews, please dont reply with the same line you have used with others which is 'i invite you to contact the practise directly' because this solves nothing.

Doctor Heidi Rolfe is wonderful!

But that receptionists are just awful unfortunately always super rude on the phone
No consideration or communication skills, constantly cutting you off. I’ve been hung up on without so much as a goodbye just because I asked if my doctor is running late.

It’s been so upsetting
