The receptionist Sue is rude. First she hangs up on me then she repeatedly puts me on hold. She needs to find another position

I used to go here and just thought to warn others about this place. Absolutely horrid condescending woman in management. When asked I was told there was no one I could lodge a complaint about her to. Receptionists have been rude 9/10 times I would call. Can’t understand why they chose to work in HEALTHCARE. Go to another practice. There are a few close by.

Doctor's are practically useless, went there for a mental health plan to be able to see a psychologist. Got told to got to another doctor that I had seen prior and I had already explained I couldn't go to them because of a financial situation. The doctor basically shrugged and said it was too hard for him but if I sign a consent form he'll try get information from my old doctor's sent over so I signed it. I called back a week later because I hadn't heard anything and got told that no information had been sent and once again told to go back to the old doctor that I have explained at least 5 times I couldn't see.

Will never attend this practise EVER again. Your reception staff are so rude. This isn't the first encounter either. If you don't like people don't work with them.

Had to wait outside the medical centre for 50 minutes for a walk in appointment, didn’t end up getting an appointment as it was taking too long. Not too sure why I was told to wait outside when other people with booked appointments were allowed to wait inside the pretty empty waiting area (wasn’t sure how they’d be able to call me in that way either) When asking the medical receptionist (who wasn’t that nice or helpful) if it would be much longer she said she couldn’t guarantee when I would be able to see a doctor. Decided to go to Cornubia Medical Home instead and was able to see a doctor as a walk in within 2 minutes (they were equally as busy)

Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else.
The receptionist is the most unprofessional and condescending person I've ever met.

Have been seeing Dr Remi Roy for years. Always staff and Dr Roy always very helpful, wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Friendly staff, didn’t have to wait too long for walk in appointment. Doctor was friendly and helpful

Dr Tran is the ONLY decent professional there. The rest dont have any empathy or feelings towards their patients. They just usher you in and out within a minute, rather than the 15-30 minutes you're entitled to according to law. Its a money making rort with horrid drs with zero care factor about your mental or physical status. Dr Tran is the exception, a genuinely caring aussie dr. Who unfortunately is only available on Thursdays and Sundays.

Staff and doctors have always been welcoming to me and I've had to pop in quite a few times over the years. Not sure why there's so much negative feedback.

Why does tracie still work here she’s incompetent and so rude she must have a terrible life to speak to people the way she does! Doctors rush you out ASAP. Big short hair manager is condescending if you tell or ask her anything. Disgraceful! You work in medical care. Go somewhere else unless you really really need to honestly!

I have moved recently from NSW and was looking for a new GP. Chatswood Road Medical Centre was the closest one to me so I ducked down to visit and organise an initial consultation. What I was met with was an arragont and rude receptionist that made me feel unwelcome. I left the centre and found another GP, I won't be returning.

I left Chatswood Rd Medical Center at 1: 50 pm on 20/July/20. I feel awful during the conversation with their reception. Actually, It's my first time to make an appointment here. As a result, the receptionist was impatient and disrespectful. I really don’t understand why she was so angry that entering my personal information?

Well, I don't want to go there again, I think I'd better find another clinic.

My partner took our duaghter in at six weeks for vaccinations, and came home with the impression that she needed another lot at 8 weeks due to langauge issues. So when she returned to get the 8 week vaccinations (booked an appointment for this reason) told the doctor she was here for 8 week vaccinations on arrival, he did not look at her records or anything just ordered the nurse to give the injections and it was done.

Got a phone call the next morning from the young nurse who did the injections apologising saying there had been a mistake and she had been given the 6 week vaccinations again, but they had called poisons information and there shouldnt be any issues. She was very upset and felt responsible when the doctor who ordered her to do it obviously was. When i called back and asked to talk to the doctor specifically the receptionist put the same nurse back on the phone, asked once again to talk to the doctor and got transferred to another person (reception presumably) who told me it was my partners fault, she forgot to bring the red book (doctor said thats fine its just for your own records) and that i couldnt speak to the doctor and he was not able to call me back. If the issue cant be at least spoken about with this doctor i will be taking it to the health ombudsmen.

Pretty sure its the doctors responsibility to check a patients records before giving an injection especially on a 2 month old baby. When the stuff up was noticed it was put on the poor nurse to deal with even when i had asked to speak with him. Then the final lady i talked to just completely cutting me off, saying it wasnt our fault it was you're partners, really annoyed me. Will be avoiding and telling everyone we know to do so too, as well as contacting the ombudsmen unless we get a call back from the doctor taking some responsibility for his sloppy practice. 0449*706*226

I am a patient of this practice for nearly 2 decades. Dr Tham is incredibly as are the reception staff, notably Tracy. She constantly goes above and beyond despite this being a very busy practice.

Only downfall, phone traffic is not handled well at all and consequently, I sometimes cannot get through.

My family and I have been coming here since a child because we use to live so close by. I had to go to another practice this week because Chatswood was fully booked. Omg the difference in care was night and day. They just rush you out the door here. The doctors don’t care if you understand what they tell you. Some of the reception staff are so rude and the manager doesn’t care and is rude when you complain. My brothers and I have all complained but nothing changed. I won’t be coming back anymore. Try a different doctor’s office and you will be happily surprised!

I don’t understand how the receptionist Tracey STILL has a job. She is THE rudest receptionist I have EVER come across. Everything is too hard for her and she’s not willing to help with anything that is any sort of an inconvenience to her. It’s always “no, I can’t do that” when every other receptionist is amazing and always helps me out. Many times I have cried after speaking to her on the phone. She is causing great damage to your business and I’m not your only client that feels this way! I know 3 other clients that dislike her as much as me. She should not be a receptionist, she’s in the wrong profession! 100%!

My family and I have been going to Chatswood road for the last 5 years. We all agree that Doctor Robinson is the most amazing doctor and Tracey at reception is always willing to help in anyway. She goes above and beyond for my elderly parents which I will always be grateful for.

The worst reception staff, in particular Tracey.
Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I wonder how she is still there with all the bad reviews about her.

Never going back, ever.
Dr Van is a wonderful doctor, its a shame we can't see him anymore because of the front counter staff.

NB. Train staff to be pleasant to patients.

I have found this practice and Doctors to be highly professional in their approach towards my family, especially Dr Remi Roy.
ALL of the nurses are always extremely caring and very friendly, and the receptionists, namely Tracey, Catherine and Yvette at this practice are ALWAYS helpful, kind and polite. I will be recommending this practice to family/friends.
