Reception were very helpful, however the doctor charged me quite handsomely for first consultation, then sent me home all over New Year with inadequate Painkillers, I was in agony, advised me to call a private Radiology practice where I had to pay again for X ray/scan, then on the basis of their findings the doctor set up another consultation at yet another cost only to send me back to the same Radiology practice to administer an injection, yet again at my cost,? This whole Gravy Train situation is rubbish, felt like the infirm being held to ransom and seemingly no care for patient discomfort, extremely disappointing experience.

Had to make a last minute booking to see a Dr on Xmas eve. It was easy enough to book online.
I received a phone call the day before my appt to confirm time & fees.
Appt was on time.

Yo whoever the raggedy old wrinkle face receptionist who works at this place is, i hope you lose your job because you ruined this place brother

for real though this clinic was never good but this woman really cemented it as "the worst clinic in logan"

Rang to book an appointment and specifically ask for treatment method. The rep lady said with confident yes they will do same method. Guess what they they give wrong info and charge my 9 years old under my name because they can't charge under 16 as it's all bulk billed.

Im happy to give a 5star review.
I have never had a problem with staff or doctors.
I have been going here for nearly 4yrs now and they have treated me really nice either on the phone or in person.

Even after I had taken a conversation the wrong way and didnt quite understand and over reacted, I was still treated really well.
And Im not an easy person

I always go here for vaccinations. The 2 young nurses are brilliant and you barely feel the needle.

I am not happy. All I ask for is to speak to a doc, bulk bill as I have a cold and don't want to come in to surgery. I was told that they don't bulk bill. I asked why then does it say your surgery on Google is a half pay up front and half bulk bill.i was told that 2 of the Drs would bulk bill, BUT only if I was a regular patient of theirs. So I informed the receptionist that I had been a patient for over 20yrs. She asked my name and informed me that I hadn't been to see a doctor for a while so I didn't qualify.not impressed at all. I'm sorry but greed is a sin. God bless all of you.

This place use to be very good about 5 years ago. In the last 5 years it has just gone down hill. You never get a friendly receptionist, not one that greets you with a smile. They are so rude and to actually get in and see your doctor, well good luck with that. You get a doctor that says oh yes there is a bug going around in and out in 5 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone any more.

Been going here for over 10 years bulk billing. Now have moved to private billing and can't afford it. Doctors don't even have respect for each other. Definitely rushing.
A fast food service well over priced. Don't bother.
Time to find new Doctors that care.

We had a very bad experience with one of the receptionists. She is very rude, not helpful and hostile. We calmly asked for her name (because she didn't have her name badge) and she refused to say it, saying that some customers can be abusive, reffering to us. I will only come back to this surgery, because of the good doctor but it will be very hard to go through that unhappy reception staff.

Very rude and disgusting staff at the front. I missed my appointment and was not able to book in for next 12 months. And now only option is to walk in and wait for may be an hour. Ridiculous. I told the rude lady that I called the receptionist that I forgot my appointment and which had been rebooked before and why not now? She was so upset and took a revenge to let the other walk in patient to go first who came after me. I will never go there again. Very revengeful people at the front and think that they are something by sitting at front. Arrogant people.
Dr Rusli is good doctor but I have to stop going to this doctor just because of the RUDE receptionist. The front staff need good training. I needed my medical report asap but after waiting for 45 mins I had to leave. Because the rude lady won’t let me in, her FACE was telling that. She let the other walk in person go in who came 20-25 mins after me. I am going to see another medical centre. Old Rude Bullied lady, you know what you did today.
Don’t go if you can go to other medical centre.

Pretty poor healthcare service today. I went in to see if one of the drs could assess a man who was having a medical episode in the centre. The receptionist told me no, to call 000. Which I did. I was talking to the man who was not always coherent and he told me he was a patient there but after missing 2 appointments due to being in hospital, was banned from attending for 12 months unless he was prepared to wait hours to see a dr! This man was in a wheelchair! So I went back in to see if they could contact his next of kin to advise that he was going to be taken to the hospital (the man had no wallet or ID) and I was told no, the ambulance officers could take care of that! So even if you are a patient, don’t count on the receptionist helping out at all! What a joke!

EDIT: I am updating my review to 5 stars, as I have been treated very kindly by the reception staff lately and I do believe certain staff are trying to improve. I understand the reception team can be the subject of a lot of abuse (I've worked medical reception before myself), but the actions of one patient shouldn't determine how you treat the other patients. I really hope the friendliness continues.

I have been a patient here for over 10 years and I do believe there are some doctors that aren't the best at this practice. However, the care and treatment I have received by Dr Stephanie Robinson has always been outstanding. She is a truly caring doctor, that always has a friendly smile and goes above and beyond to help you. Doesn’t rush you out the door and really takes the time to explain things to you.

Miss an appointment because you can’t bring yourself being bullied and broken down by pit bull receptionists to reschedule. Then your only option is walk in or out of pocket consultations.not friendly, or helpful.wouldn’t recommend. Not mentioning wait times or doctors minute minding appointments.

Awful and rude receptionist who seem to hate their miserable job, no sense of human deceny. The doctors are no help either and try to get you out as soon as they can for another appointment. I tried discussing vax injuries and was told myocarditis was curable LOL I'd rather not have heart scarring.

Waiting outside for the clinic to open for 10 minutes, receptionist opens the door let’s me in - doesn’t greet I’m the first one standing in line she’s let me in… waits a further 2 minutes to acknowledge me then tells me I need a mask - wouldn’t provide me one - how about tell me when I’m standing outside the door? Or in the line? Not waste my time - not to mention how poor her customer service skills were I’ve seen 12 year olds be better at their job than some 50 year old rude lady
Not to mention then I said I would like to book my appointment so I can come back with a mask and she said no …. Literally the worst receptionist

RUDE RECEPTION AND DOCTOR WOULD NOT TAKE MY CONCERNS SERIOUSLY RUSHED ME OUT IN 2MIN TOLD ME TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT! I WENT TO SEE DOCTOR IN LOGANHOLME AND THEY WERE ACTUALLY KIND AND THE DOCTOR TOOK MY SERIOUSLY AND DIDN’T BRUSH ME OFF OR JUST GIVE ME RANDOM SCRIPTS! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!

Absolutely disgusting staff with 0 organisational skills. Put on the walk-in list when they were no walk-in Drs available. Receptionist was no help, rude and horrible, poorly presented. Worst Medical Centre I've ever experienced in my life.
