Billy J Boutique

Billy J has been probably my absolute favorite online shop for a long time. I purchased my last order of 2 jumpers, one I am absolutely in love with and live in and the other didn't really suit me so for an $80 jumper I followed the return policy (with no complaints of paying for the return) and sent the item back in hopes of exchanging somthing more suited to my style. I had not heard anything back after 4 weeks so I emailed and they asked for a tracking number telling me my item probably hadn't arrived. I called Australia Post as I have missplaced my number and they were able to track my parcel and confirm it was delivered to the billy J address and provided a signature to prove. I forwarded all this information on to Billy J with no reply. I have sent 3 polite emails asking for some sort of update with no reply.

Extremely disappointed and now out of pocket $80 with no item of clothing. I dont think I will be shopping with or recommending again
