I ordered through this boutique on Thursday, and still haven't received my parcel and its been a week, this was also express. I am not happy with this service.

3 stars for fast shipping and speedy customer service (Although I was in the same state as the warehouse, I guess so that's why it was so quick?) The dresses I ordered were beautiful but my concerns were they were ALL see through! The material wasn't as good as it looked for 2 of the dresses and especially this one dress - the whole top of the dress is see through and doesn't look that way on the model at all - I could put a small top underneath but I'm thinking it would look too tacky. And you could ware nipple covers but it would look so bad! Also, the other two I'm going to have issues with being so see through - You would be able to see both underwear and bra. I am pretty disappointed and will probably have to return all 3 items.: (: (

I purchased a dress for an event and it came frayed.and this company is refusing the help and say they will not refund the dress but only give store credit! The worst customer service I have ever received! I’ve never experienced this with any other clothing company!

I was struggling trying to decide what size to order in a dress I was buying, and although they do have size guides available, I was still a little unsure on what size to order. I emailed them with my measurements and they were very quick to respond and advise me on what size would fit me best. Super helpful, and very friendly! Would definitely recommend!

Purchased a dress for spring carnival, I emailed to ask for further information about a dress size, she was very helpful and prompt. My dress arrived quickly and was exactly as photographed and described. Will definitely shop here again!

Recommended by a friend for my sister's Year 10 formal. Lots of variety and super happy that they stock up to Size 16.

Ordered the wrong dress size on Saturday. Customer services emailed me back on Monday and were really helpful - they put the right dress size before posting. 10/10 will be purchasing more dresses from Billy J Boutique.

Super speedy service and beautiful product! The time came the day after I ordered which was amazing and the time was exactly as shown online. I purchased a size that was too small for me and used my own express post bag to send it back. The girls were then super quick to respond to my email and let me know they would send me a size exchange that very day. 10/10 would recommend!

Words can not describe the amazing customer service I received over the past two weeks.
Taylor was extremely quick to reply, super kind and so helpful.
I have never in my 30 years experienced this high standard of customer service.

I ordered two dresses I needed urgently for an event. There was a note on the website to say there would be delays on the certain date I ordered. I sent an email saying that I needed it urgently, the helpful staff told me they would try as hard they could to get it to me in time. The dresses arrived today and the event is on Monday! Super happy and great friendly customer service, thank you!

Purchased 2 items from their website in the smallest sizing they had, but both items were too big. I paid to return the item and asked for the exception for a refund as their sizing just doesn't fit my body shape. The response I got was "No we dont do that, but send in your measurements and we can find you something" The items I wanted didn't fit so personally I don't think I should be have to jump through hoops and find something just for the sake of using a credit. I received bad customer service resulting in them eventually not even bothering to respond to me, I asked for it to be escaladed to management to be reviewed and considered and they didn't respond to me either. Its a shame because I liked your clothing and its a shame I had the experience I did.

Super disappointed. My item was received with several dirty marks on it and crushed into a tiny box. Their response did not provide a solution that will benefit me considering I need the item for an event! Will not order from them again!

Super disappointing. First time purchasing off the site. I had requested an ad hoc exchange. Their response? "Pay for it to be express shipped and re purchase". This would mean I'd be paying approximately $20 extra in shipping on top of the $10 shipping already paid. Who in their right mind would pay $30 shipping for a $70 item? Furthermore, they do not have a solution for exchanges for items purchased on sale (I'm talking 20% off)
