I've wanted to buy something from Billy J Boutique for ages as I LOVE their site. I am plus size and was so happy to see a matching set I adore, in my size. The quality is amazing. I can't wait to wear it out

Basically my whole wardrobe is Billy J! The clothes are gorgeous quality and they always have something perfect for every occasion! My entire suitcase was packed full of on point outfits for my Greek Summer Getaway all from Billy J!

Everyone at this boutique was incredibly kind& helpful! I had a few questions & every single one was answered with detail & within a timely manner! Cannot wait to wear the dresses I ordered!

I have nothing but the best things to say about Billy J. They have helped me with my orders when I stuff them up and my parcels and are super helpful when needed. They do such a great job with their customers, their clothes are amazing and that is why my cupboard is basically all from Billy J

Pretty disappointed with Billy J’s system.
If you order something and doesn’t fit you first they don’t do exchange or refund so you have to pay for the delivery back, process the return and they don’t refund the money.
So you have to wait around 10 days for them to process the return, need to order something again and pay for the delivery again. (3rd time)
As many of their items didn’t fit they suggested me on email to visit the stores for return. So I drove 2 hours from the gold coast to the sunshine coast, just to be told that the returns are only processed in the head office and not in the store as I was advised on the email. Head office is closed on the weekends.
So it’s like a vicious loop as their sizes are weird not for all bodies, and the system just traps you to spend more and more.
Also billy j store is so basic, doesn’t have many items or many sizes nothing like the website.
So yes, unfortunately very disappointed.

One of the worst experiences buying online I’ve ever had. Not amazing quality for the price your pay, not refund policy and sizes are far away from being accurate. Would not recommend it

These guys are so amazing! Adjusted their returns policy for a special circumstance of mine with a bridesmaid without any question and were so helpful - plus the dresses are absolutely stunning. The quality is way above their low price point and look soooooo good on camera! I got 3 of the Monte Midi Dress in Olive, colour is true to photos and just so pretty!

I love my new dress. It’s so flattering and for a strapless dress it stays up so so well. I also had amazing customer service from the lovely Larissa. Highly recommend Billy J.

I had received a coupon that didn’t work, but placed my order anyways. I tried to get in contact with them before finalizing my order, but w the event I had coming up, I didn’t want to wait too long. They reached back out & refunded me the $$ for my coupon, regardless of my order already being placed! So kind! I will definitely be continuing to shop here!

Dresses I ordered came so quickly and packaged really well. There was a slight problem with a zip not working on one of the Dresses and the customer service was A+. I could not fault their service and Larissa was lovely to deal with. Will definitely be buying from their store again.

Yikes. Should have read the reviews here before purchasing a dress that we definitely two sizes smaller than it should have been. The real stinger to this is that I have to pay for return shipping. Not a customer focused business at all. Such a shame.

I bought my bridesmaids dresses from the Ever After collection and absolutely LOVE them! I did have to return one and get a different size but thanks to the lovely customer care team (Larissa Maree) my return was processed very promptly and I managed to get the correct size.

The customer service team are quick to help and made me feel listened to and cared for! Will definitely be ordering again.
