I had a real problem with noise associated with a phono amp. Stewart and his staff worked on the issue for several weeks, trying interference suppressors, replacement units and alternative products until I got a great sounding set-up. They were always courteous, polite and helpful. Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable staff with a great range of quality products. Jarrod was very helpful and patient.

Bought a few things from here. Great products and prices. Service is good but a hectic shop (which is actually good to see as I’d hate to lose any locally owned hi-fi stores).

Ordered some speaker mounts in the post and the came promptly. I also receive an email keeping me up to date with their location from the company when they were delayed. Above average customer service.

Ordered the Ortofon Verso 2m Red by mistake over the stock 2m as I didn't know any better. Received a courtesy call to discuss my purchase and turns out I did not need it for my particular turntable. A + service, knowledge staff and saved me the hassle of having to return. Would recommend.

All hifi shops are terrible, but even with that benchmark Aussie Hifi is a decent little shop (and vastly above the industry average).

The salespeople know their gear and aren't pushy, while most other shops are pushy and clueless (just trying to increase their sale). I changed my mind while an order was en route and they were really good about cancelling the original and getting me the alternate.

My only qualm is one order was delayed by a week (with minimal explanation). The order still arrived and it really wasn't an issue as the delivery was quick even with the delay.

I can't wait to give Aussie Hifi more money!

Small HiFi store limited staff and stock seems to do more sales online than through the door. Staff seem to be quite knowledgeable though. Lack of stock means most things need to be ordered in though.

The service and quick mail out I received from Aussie HiFi was phenomenal. Stuart emailed the day after thanking me for the purchase and informing me that delivery is being prepared. I bought a pair of Oppo headphones here. Service and advice were great, prices competitive. Guys shop at stores like this, if we just buy from JB and Harvey cool stores like this will disappear. Besides this place was cheaper and the staff more knowledgeable than you'll find at the big distributors.

For a local store I expected a bit more patient with people with little knowledge of record tables. The sales man did not want to compare the sound of their record table against mine. Didn't have many options on stock. I ended up paying less for what I neeeded at jb hifi.

Excellent. I was looking for a specific pair of headphones for use at home.
Staff were happy to let me audition the model I was looking for, but they also made a number of alternative recommendations at my price point, which were also available for audition.
An enjoyable hour or so of headphoney goodness and the pricing was was very competitive.

Would definitely return to store when I am looking for another headphone (or general hi-fi) upgrade.

Came here to purchase a turntable and the service was exceptional. I spent quite a considerable amount of time with the salesperson and they were quite thorough and detailed in their dealings with me.

Store has a fantastic array of products to satisfy anyone looking at mid to high range audio products. Everything in the store is quality and I cannot recommend Aussie Hi Fi enough.
