I have purchased these EGM blue power cables before so i know that these cables are good thats why i purchased two more, , the store sold out of these cables and had to get more, Gabby was good to let me know, which i like to be told of any delay, thank you, great product, great service

Excellent service and knowledge. Even though I just dropped in and they were busy, Stuart gave all the time that was needed to not only show me options but also set up the equipment before I left the store. Very highly recommended.

The outcome was a new system that fits our needs perfectly and a level of audio quality that we are absolutely delighted with. All at a very fair price.

I recently purchased the Marantz - CR612 - Compact Network CD Receiver intending to use the HEOS feature to play through my existing HEOS speakers but not actually have wired speakers connected to the Marantz amp. Stuart wanted to make sure that my planned setup would work, so he made a call to a Denon expert to confirm. I really appreciated the extra care Stuart took to ensure the product met my needs. The CR612 has worked out great.

I have not yet received my sound bar in the post. However, dealing with The Audio Tailor from here in Melbourne has not only been professional but also a pleasant experience. A rare experience today and so appreciated.

Great service and easy to navigate website with competitive pricing. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the website game me the impression that the item was in stock when it was not. However I did receive the item 2 weeks after placing my order and I'm very happy with the build quality of these speaker stands.

Really appreciate the advice and service from The Audio Tailor. I originally rang asking about a turn table which I had been researching, and Vaughan was very happy to spend quite a bit of time discussing several different options over the phone, spending time to work out which TT would best suit my needs, and suggesting a Pro-Ject Debut Esprit without being pushing in any way. I needed up heading in that afternoon to purchase. Really appreciate the help and highly recommend The Audio Tailor.

Stu and Vaughn were super helpful and knowledgeable in helping me finding the right combination of gear to make my living room sound great, can't recommend their store enough!

I called into audio tailor to get some advice from Stuart the owner regarding my turntable Stuart gave me his time to show me around his new premises and his professional approach to go through the sound systems he has on display was a refreshing experience from what I have had recently with other hi fi retailers/repairers so my advice is if you are considering buying or upgrading a sound system or you would like to check out the hi fi heaven lounge room ring Stuart before you go anywhere else

My Jamo SUB360 died recently so have been looking to replace it, have seen a lot of reviews on SVS subs for went to the Audio Tailer to check them out.was expecting to just have a listen to a couple of things but what a fantastic experience! Stuart who owns the place did some demos with me and they had both the SVS PB-1000 and the SB-1000, what was very cool was doing the demo of where bass wave drops off (this was with just the sub on and no speakers), the PB goes further but the SB is tighter (and might be better for the house when the wife is asleep and I'm watching movies), Stuart has given me something to think about and I'm now I'm trying to decide which to choose, sealed or ported! We also demoed the REL which was very nice indeed. He also demoed some amazing reference speakers/amps and completely changed how some music was experienced. Would highly recommend a visit.

Very happy with my Polk Audio RTI A7 speakers bought from The Audio Tailor. I have had them for 6 months now and they sound fantastic. Their showroom is well set-up for different listening experiences and it was a shame I did not have the time to partake in some higher end pleasure. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were very particular about making sure my speakers were not going to be damaged getting them home.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I originally emailed with just a simple question and Stuart took the time to help me out over the phone to find the perfect setup for me and offered to help me with the turntable setup when it arrives as I've never set one up before. Also free postage to me in Canberra which is huge. Amazing service and very well priced compared to other places I searched. Highly recommended.

I purchased a Rega P1 deck and Spin Clean record cleaner. Had a great customer experience with Aussie HiFi, very good communication via email, professional and courteous. My purchases arrived and boy was I not disappointed! I’ve never heard my vinyl sound so amazingly good. I haven’t played a disc for over 25 years but all my records are in great condition and just in need of a clean. This Rega is just beautiful in looks and sound, for an entry Rega it’s just awesome! Next on the list is a new amp and some bookshelf speakers! I’m so pleased I purchased from Aussie. Great prices and great service - I will be back

The customer care team at Aussie Hifi are the gold standard for any Australian retailer operating with both a physical and digital store front. I was informed that there would be a delay on an order due to it being retrieved from the warehouse. I explained it was a wedding gift (I didn't mind giving it late) and they were more than happy to try and arrange for it to be shipped straight from the warehouse with splitting the additional cost with me. They were prompt, polite, respectful and very competent. Thank you Gabby and Stuart:)

Had to return a faulty product within warranty period. The service I received was very rare. Both operators delivered an outstanding result from initial troubleshooting the issue through to giving me their last unit on the spot and absorbing the inconvenience of sending the faulty one away and waiting for the unit that was meant for me to arrive back on their shelf. Not sure if that's their policy, but that was outstanding service. Thank you.

Both over the phone and in store service here was exceptional.

After reading the reviews about the great service, I felt good about contacting these guys with a hifi related issue I've had over the last couple of years.

They invited me in store so they could help me in person (this was an issue I had with a purchase from another store). Jarrod was AWESOME. Not only did he give me peace of mind, but helped me select a really great amplifier to get the best out of my home hifi set up.

They've now got a long-term customer. Well done team!
