I ordered the Pro-Ject Primary E Turntable but unfortunately due to its popularity it was out of stock. Gabby was so quick to update me of this and when they expected new stock to arrive. As it was a gift, she went above and beyond to get the order to me as soon as it arrived to them. It was dispatched express post from Queensland and arrived to me the next day in Melbourne. Great communication and excellent customer service, that is not always the case with some companies these days.

Delighted isn’t a word I thought I’d ever use in a review but it’s the only one that works. I was delighted with the service I got from the team yesterday. I walked in there to talk amplifiers and got an education and a sub. I’ll be back for a tube amplifier and possibly a new streamer before you know it. What the heck, it’s only money. P.s. The new REL Subbie rocks!

These guys are brilliant. I went to the effort of clearly documenting my requirements so when it came to recommending a specific Amp for my loungeroom they nailed it in one. I purchased it, set it up and I can't believe the difference in the quality of the sound AS WELL as the picture. It's quite unbelievable. I have also purchased another one of the same Amps for my Home Theatre as well. Thanks Nathan, you did an amazing job.

Excellent service and advice from Vaughn. Set up several different speakers and amplifier combinations so I could check the Wharfedale Lintons that I had my eye on were what I was after.
