Great friendly and expert service, although quite a long wait for the stylus, that I ordered for my turntable, to arrive >6months (however this delay was no doubt caused by COVID)

A true audiophile hifi store. Stop thinking JB Hifi or other consumer electronics stores have quality audio gear. The Audio Tailor is on another level. You don't need to spend massive amounts to get great sound (but you can if you want). Well worth a visit if you enjoy audio or home theatre!

Very satisfied to be able to get good products at a time when there are obviously shortages. I might have liked to be able to see more variety before I chose but nonetheless I am convinced that what I was shown was probably the best money could buy with my budget. Once I got the amp and speakers home and played music I was even more impressed than I had been in the shop. I would definitely recommend The Audio Tailor.

Stuart was extremely helpful, professional, gave me good advice and gave me a great deal. I would recommend them anytime! Really worth it to go there. The nice thing is, they are not in a hurry to push a sale through. Stuart took his time explaining, playing me music etc, I really appreciated that a lot.

Even though I purchased probably the cheapest item in the store, Stuart spent time setting it up and making sure I was happy when I walked out the door. Good, honest customer service.

My new Accuvoice TV Speaker arrived before scheduled delivery date - wonderful. First initial test was amazing! The difference between ‘normal’ and Accuvoice is remarkably chalk and cheese. Love it, thx to The Audio Tailor.
