Subaru Waitara

There should be zero star for the experience recently I had with this dealership and people answering phone. That lady on a desk when I went to have my exhaust change, I think her customer service depend on colour of people she is seeing. Brownish colour doesn’t do well in her case.
3 month back I was looking for car, visited this dealership in 1st place and a guy over there didn’t do well suggesting and caring the need of customer, I end up buying 86 from north shore Subaru. And now I was trying to service same car and trying to forgot all those thing of past. And it was repeated again. I called in to book service for my car last week, lady in phone suggested me someone will call back and confirm timing. No one called back and I went online and did chat with someone and he did took all details and booking timing even though I didn’t get response or any confirmation. I called this morning and there isn’t any booking for my service.
Finally, I decided to not to go back in this place and did booking somewhere else and I will make sure that all the people I know and friends will never go to this dealership ever, forget about buying a car not for any service as well.

We just had a very positive experience with this dealership. Very knowledgeable, helpful and genuine sales consultant and business manager. Very personable and friendly staff. The dealership also had a kids corner and TV to keep the kids entertained while we did all the paperwork which was appreciated.

I got rid of my Subaru over 5 years ago. I still get texts from Subaru reminding me to bring it in for services and to do a Takata airbag recall. I dont know how many times I've tried to call and email them that I'm no longer in possession of the car however they seem to keep wanting to send me sms's periodically. I dont know why.

Bought my used Subaru outback at Waitara. The overall experience from the first phone call till finally getting my car was excellent. Kudos to Brad for going the extra mile to give us a great deal, and helping us drive away with the car so quickly despite the holiday breaks and all. It's the professional courtesy and the way he handled our request that made us feel privileged and proud to own a Subaru.

What a great dealership.
Very kind and informative staff and top of the line customer service. We turned up to pick up my mum's car she just bought, and they had presented it with a ribbon/balloons etc.and made the whole process very nice. The cars were also really great. I would recommend coming to this dealership highly.

Without a doubt the worst dealership I have ever experienced, all promises during the sales process, delivery and after sales service far less than ordinary.
