Subaru Waitara

I have had my car serviced at Subaru Waitara three times now. Cannot fault their service. Very easy to book, drop off and pick up. The young man who has checked me in each time on my arrival is very efficient and friendly. I will continue to get my car serviced there.

The team at Waitara provided an exceptional service following breakdown in heavy weather conditions. They quickly identified the fault and rectified it within 5 hours of receiving the car, and this was during the Christmas holidays. Special thanks to Allen for keeping us so well notified throughout the repairs.

Great place to buy a new vehicle. No pressure Alex Nic and Michael great blokes to do business with.

Service and reception team were very professional. The service was completed and ready for collection as discussed on drop off.

My experience started with a friendly email and a phone call. After the booking, I also received SMS reminders when the time is nearer. Later, the staff are friendly and efficient. Their car services are professional, detailed and the oil they used were top qualities.plus the price charged are very reasonable. I am very happy with the whole experience. Very very happy, car was serviced and washed. Reasonable cost and l could wait for the car whilst l had a great coffee and read my book. Dropped the car in at 8-00am and drove out at 9-30am.
Admittedly it was not a big service but when we have had a big service the service staff have always helped to make sure there were no delays.
I would recommend this Subaru dealership any time.

Not happy with the service. After returning to pick up the car, at an agreed time, the car wasn't ready. No phone call to let me know and brushed off the poor service.

A very professional service done on my car. Service Mgr was really good. Car was delivered within 3hrs.
