We have recently bought a new Subaru Forester from Subaru Waitara. We are very happy with the staff and their customer service. The salesman, Damien, is so professional, friendly and helpful and along with Stevie, the finance manager, they made this journey really smooth for us. With these guys there, you don't have to be worried about anything! They would come with useful tips and suggestions and sort out the finance and loan as well as car insurance for you. That was a great experience.

Just took delivery of our Subaru Outback. Steve, our salesperson, was always happy to follow up any queries we had re delivery dates and delivery process. Car arrived when promised. No salesperson shenanigans.

From the first phone call with David Nguyen, I knew I had made the right decision to purchase from Subaru Waitara.

The contactless vehicle handover was seamless and quick.

Although the vehicle was fairly new and in an immaculate condition, being a used car, there ought to have been a few, very minor issues that required the attention of the service team.

The first visit was quick and solved the issues which were raised. At this stage, the vehicle was still under the dealerships warranty, however, a few weeks after the warranty had expired, another issue surfaced which was addressed. Without hesitation, service manager Josh Rowe advised to bring the car back a second time, despite the warranty having been expired. I was given a stunning brand new loan car to use whilst my car was being repaired and Josh ensured that I had the loan car to use until my car was ready so that I wouldn’t be inconvenienced in any way.

Although it was a very minor issue to be dealt with, the team handled it as they would any other issue on any other vehicle.

I am so pleased with my experience and will definitely continue a business relationship with this dealership in future.

Nik Banks, sales manager is always very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars, sold us the first, second and now the third Subaru. Nik and Damien Kelly walked us through the colour choices, accessories etc. Car delivered on time as promised despite Covid delays. Great experience again!

Subaru Waitara service was excellent, I was delayed dropping off vehicle and couldnt get there till lunch time, but they still managed to get the service completed (it was a major one, too) by end of day so as I could pick it up for the weekend. Well done guys.
